Inside is nicer than the Parking Lot (major pot holds, some are the half the size of a car. Alot of shelfs were completely empty. ▪︎Still had lots of Easter stuff, heck even had still St. Patrick's day.
▪︎But they didn't have any if the spring stuff over stores have.
First time here, to this store, very disappointed.
Cashier was nice, but never smiled.

They were out of everything I went after and when I asked the manager for something she told me she didn't have time for that and told me to just go somewhere else. She acted like a complete psycho for just asking her a question. This store has had more complaints than any other store in town recently. The district manager has been contacted multiple times about the manager lady but nothing ever seems to get done about her. I'd much rather spend more money and shop somewhere else than ever go back to that store.

Managers are rude and cuss while shoppers are there .... with children. Boxes of product always on floor while managers are standing around talking about how they hate corporate, they also never wear name tags so you can't report them, hourly employees are fine, the management there is horrendous.

Store is okay, mostly stocked and cleanish. Employees are rarely spotted & when they are, they’re not always very friendly. They have this sign up, which I find a bit inappropriate for a family store. I’m sure corporate would love this. ? The rubber chicken is dirty from being handled by everyone. If you do squeeze it, they don’t hear you. I’ve heard more than one customer get chewed out by one female employee in particular that you’re “supposed to choke the chicken” when they dared go looking for her. I understand that corporations are keeping staff low, in this case one employee alone in the store, who really obviously, audibly doesn’t want to be there at all, which is also why businesses lose customers. (Bring in staff, bring in customers.) I don’t understand the extreme level of unprofessionalism, though. Just be friendly and helpful, or at least bare minimum polite & professional. This store is unfortunately my closest DT, but I’m going farther away on purpose these days to avoid the germy, nasty chicken & the rude employee. (Get a bell ?️ already!)

The manager has a terrible attitude. She is extremely hateful and miserable to be around. She ropes off parts of her store so people can’t shop, then yells at them whenever they try to. There have been lots of Facebook posts about how terrible she was. Her name is Jennifer. I will never do business at this dollar tree ever again if she is still there!
