2 months ago I transferred to CVS on Fredrick and it was hard as I loved the other pharmacy but they weren’t 24 hrs. I was joyfully surprised at the effort the employees put in. One pharmacist has went above and beyond to help me on 2 separate occasions. I hope you know that the pharmacist Julie Trapp is a great asset to the company!!! Her efforts to help me above and beyond has now made me comfortable with the switch!!! Thank You Julie Trapp and the rest of the staff

I would never get a covid test done here they won't give you your results they say that you need to go to the web site that never works. They keep telling us they don't have the test results and this is day number 5 on a 1 to 3 day test everyone else had their test elsewhere and got our results back the same day for the same test. We called and they were so rude and said my wife should have known the results and quarantine without getting the results from them. So they also were paid for this test by the insurance company which I have called and told them not to pay this bill and explained to them the problem. So please don't go to the minute clinic at cvs even if it's to treat a dog that you don't like. The are just stealing your money. The dr said the test results are to old to receive the treatment will need to take another test with newer results.

Slowest and laziest pharmacy staff. Made three trips from out of town to pick up meds and they still don’t have them ready!! If you want real customer service save your time and go to Target CVS and see Brian!!

I drove all the way up from Platte City because I needed a COVID test asap, and none of the locations near my work had any openings. Went online and scheduled a test at this CVS location and watched their video on how simple and quick the test is (you swab your nasal passages yourself, seal the swab in a pouch, then drop the pouch in a drop box).I took off work for a couple hours, drove all the way to St. Joseph, arrived a few minutes early and got in line at the drive-thru, as directed. The line of four cars ahead of me in the drive-thru did not move for 20 minutes, so I called them to see what was going on. I was put on hold for 10 minutes, and the line of cars still had not moved at all. It had been over 30 minutes.Finally a woman (Nicky or Mickey?) answered my call and I asked her what was going on. She told me they were having problems processing the insurance information of the person at the window. I said, "Why don't you have them pull forward and let the rest of us go while you're processing their insurance information, instead of making the rest of us wait for 30 minutes?" She said they need to have the person present while processing their insurance. I said, "Then have them pull around to the back of the line." She did not respond.Since the employees at this location obviously don't have even basic problem-solving skills, and because I had to get back to work, I canceled my appointment and left. I can't imagine how long the other people in line must have waited. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Absolutely love the night cashiers. Very helpful and very 2 the point. The place has a peaceful, yet side of eyes watching so dont think you gonna snatch and steal without being caught... THEY HAVE BLESSED THESE LADIES SOULS CAUGHT JUST BY INCOGNITO BUT YET very willing to make conversation or stock an item next to your self. Cvs is the only store we have right now 24 hrs which is a huge THANK YOU.... JUST FYI EVERY NEED TO GO LOOK AND BROWSE BECAUSE BORED OR CAN FINALLY GET AWAY GO TO CVS ITS ABSOLUTELY MOOD EASING PLUS SO MANY DIFFERENT ITEMS AND SELECTIONS THAT MOST DONT OFFER IN OTHER STORE AS THEY KIND AKA WALGREENS. YES PRICES ARE KINDA ON UP UP BUT THAT COMES AFTER OUR THEIFS STEADILY TAKING PRODUCTS, ECONOMY AND NOW COVID-19 . BUT CVS HAS A PRO MGRAM AND JUST LAST WEEK MY TOTAL WAS $78.56 WITH ALL COUPONS AND CASH POINTS I PAID $21.98... THANK U CVS AND BE SAFE . CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS IS LIGIT FOUL MAJORITIES . I COULDN'T DO IT ... APPRECIATE ALL STAFF

Had to call this CVS to fill my prescription when my local CVS forgot to order my Rx 3 days in a row. I explained my situation and the staff was super friendly and finally was able to fill my prescription!
