Switched 2 phone lines over to cricket today and was very happy with the service provided to us. It was a little process switching as we had to get our old carrier on the line to make the switch but Miss Reina was very patient and friendly.A couple days prior I also went in to get a hotspot & I was also very pleased with the service provided by the young lady helping me that day. (Sorry didn’t get her name)Definitely recommend this location!

JC was very helpful my issue is with the company itself not this authorized dealer location. JC was nice and helpful even if we were not able to fix my issue JC did the best costume service they could and you really can not ask more.

I really just kinda wish it didn't cost full price on everything when it comes to upgrading. I feel like when you're a customer for years, like we have been, you should get a discount or something free such as an accessory or ab incentive for sticking with you and upgrading to still stick with you while other carriers are offer devices that are brand new, upgraded, and free if you switch Just a thought!
