Is there an updated number or email to get ahold of anyone? I’ve been trying to get in contact with management for well over a month now trying to renew my lease and no one answers any phones or emails.Poor communications. They’ll shut off your water for maintenance with no woarning. There’s no privacy with neighbors. The kids will run the street and destroy your things, they’ve even broken into other trailers. They do nothing for noise complains so don’t move here unless you like hearing what your neighbors are doing in their house at all times

My experience with this place we went through there and drove and we realize that they're putting a lot of new not brand new but trailers on the lots and looks a lot better than it did years ago but to contact somebody to get ahold of them and call you back is like pulling teeth, very poor customer service they have a sign out there available to rent but they never they text you though but they don't answer they say they do call people back when they leave messages but they don't people trying to survive out here and they want three times the amount rent you have to make before they even consider you moving in there and I think that is very discriminating the Wonder so many homeless people out here looking forward to get into a place without having to have all this stuff to move and plus you have to make so much money before they even consider showing it to you I don't think that's fair not one bit

Takes forever to get a hold of anyone. When we bought the trailer they said they had redone it before we moved in. We've had so many problems and you will never get anything done unless you call someone that no longer works there. We've had so many things leak from the sink/bath to water leaking inside the house whenever it rains. A person who works there even told us that they shouldn't have rented out our trailer for it wasn't ready to be lived in.

Fantastic people. Friendly and caring at first but then if you have an issue and have to be off work due to medical and have had surgery they will take you to court and have you removed

I have a family member who lives there, and a lot of promises were made before they moved in. None of the promises were done. Maintenance is horrible, they have gone through MANY people. This could be a great place to live, but it's managed by a company out of Florida, and they don't seem to care. Communication is horrible too.

if i could give zero stars i would. i've lived here for over a decade and they're pushing me out because my home is old, and being i'm on disability with limited income, the threat of being homeless is very real. i've never been late on rent, always paid a month ahead. i maintain my own yard, yet they tack fees on for "yard maintenance". the ONLY good thing about the location is you're close to walmart, that's it. the people they have been moving into their rentals are noisy, problematic, and the kids are destructive. they do not follow the Missouri Landlord Tenant laws, they just do as they please. for the price they're asking for a trailer in here, you can buy a house. they never return calls, they never rectify issues. if you do move in here, have an attorney on retainer, because you will need one. 10/10 would not recommend. *UPDATE*: Because of their current business practice of pushing tenants out of their homes if the homes are old, i have had to start moving everything into storage and apply for emergency housing. don't make the same mistake i did of staying in here without a backup plan. financing a "new" mobile home in here is not possible being on disability.

i have been calling the office number multiple times a day for three days now and can't get an answer. i just want to know who i am supposed to contact to get ahold of anybody who works there. it seems to always be like this when we need help with something. is the number incorrect on here? there is no contact info in the portal. epay is also no longer enabled on our property now. some help and communication would be appreciated.
