Write someone a check from a commerce account and they refuse to cash it with valid state identification. When checks are written it’s to pay the person. They find it very unsatisfactory to get written a check the issuing bank refuses to cash! Very unhappy and moving banks

seems everyone main issue with this branch is the speed the staff works of the lack of staff. Takes about 15-20 min to see a cashier at times best is 8-10 min.

we have had our debit card information stolen several times and they deactivate ur card. the card info is being stolen from using the card. I've never had this problem with my other bank I'm about done with this bank.
