The Investment Services department is very, very difficult to reach. All calls go to voicemail, and no one returns my repeated calls. I am very dissatisfied and plan to move my money elsewhere

Write someone a check from a commerce account and they refuse to cash it with valid state identification. When checks are written it’s to pay the person. They find it very unsatisfactory to get written a check the issuing bank refuses to cash! Very unhappy and moving banks
