Worst “truck stop” I have ever been to.
Workers stand around in the kitchen, no food being made or in the pizza warmers.
Keep driving, go to the next spot, don’t waste your time or money here

I'm a trucker who stopped here for the night. Went to get a shower and found out what Casey's thinks of truckers. There is nowhere to place my items at the sink. There is no place to put my hygiene stuff in the shower. And there is no place to hang my bag. I had to wait for them to clean the shower just to come into a dirty shower. Shame on you all.

Overall the worst gas station I have ever been to. I cannot wait for QT to open so I never have to come to this dump again.

Ordered a pizza, went to get it and the store was closed. We would have to wait for 10to 20 minutes to enjoy our cold pizza, that sat for 30: minutes.

Worst place to order burnt both to a crisp and store never answers the phone and right when I walked in dude making pizzas was running his mouth acting like he's bad about another costumer went back for the replacement and the same guy that burnt it started calling me a lier said he calls me out on my B.S as I counted 1,500 dollars in front of his face that dude definitely shouldn't be working there is caseys really this desperate for workers starting stuff with costumers smh 8/19/24 at 7:15pm

This place always has problems.. either their computers are down or something but constantly can NOT get gas… I’ll start going elsewhere for gas from now on

There seems to be a price discrepancy from the price at the pump and the advertised price.
The men's restroom needed clean and it was out of paper towels. When I went to print a receipt at the gas pump it was out of paper and I didn't get a receipt.

Rarely have pizza slices available and when I told the cashier they have a bunch of flies and gnats in their donut cabinet I was told "I know. There's nothing we can do about that right now."

Understaffed. There were 10 people in line if not more. Showers don’t get cleaned, only floor gets mopped. No foot or body towels, lady gave me a “wash cloth” with holes that looked like it was used to wipe floor down.
There is no attendant at the diesel counter so everyone uses front counter. The back lot smells pretty bad too.

This Casey's is a joke. I stopped by to pick up a couple of things before work. There were several people standing in line to pay. There was only one person working the register. She was busy talking to someone else, not sure if was another employee or not. The casher definitely wasn't interested in doing her job. She ended up leaving the register and walking to the back talking to the other person. There were at least six people in front of me. I got tired of waiting and ended putting my stuff back on a shelf and leaving empty handed. A complete waste of time. They could do better.

Out of pump receipt paper. That's like the Casey's trademark. "We're gonna act like a truck stop but not have any trucks stop food (roller dogs) and oh yeah we don't stock our receipt paper and we have long lines when you come in to get your receipt." Same story at every Casey's. It's a Midwest staple.

I love Casey’s cheese sticks, and these were out on time but somehow they were burnt yet underdone, and they basically poured butter all over the cheese sticks. Not even sure how or why they did that. Very disappointing.

Was a much better place when it was bucky’s and a much cleaner place,you should try getting the old manager back he made sure everything was clean and in good condition especially the restrooms and Casey’s coffee sucks bring back the good Bucky’s coffee
