“The chemicals are dispensed in ample amounts, the wax actually makes a difference, the place is clean, safe and ALL the vacuums are GREAT and only .75 but they run a very fair amount of time. If they had no spot rinse, more products and drinks in vending machines, I'd give 5 stars!”
“If you wash your car regularly and not in need of a deep exterior clean Tommy’s is great. I just wish I could still get the underbody high pressure washed in the summer. I have always felt that my Tommy’s location doesn’t ever high pressure wash the undercarriage but spays they do spay a low pressure soap/chemical in the winter. But during the summer season I have noticed nothing is sprayed on the undercarriage ( I have the Works wash plan at Saint Joseph, mo.). I understand that they may not want to spray water under there trying to prevent excessive rust caused by frequent water, but, I wish I could choose to have it washed every once in awhile.
I once had a part blow off my cars front bumper which was a front tow cover ($144.06 plus the cost of painting). Not realizing it right away I went there to the store I believe close to a week later after the wash (due to not driving the car everyday). I had to go back 4 different day and multiple call different day to just see if the manager could check the footage and see if it was on the car before or after the wash. With that being said 3 out of the 4 visits, I met personally with the manager, but the first visit he was leaving and could look at the footage that at that moment, the second visit with the manager he was busy and the third he was very short and acted as if I was bother him by having him look through the footage. When asked to see the footage or even have it email to me he stated that that is against corporate rules and his facility wasn’t responsible for replacement. When calling corporate/customer service they said that all situation like that one are all done per store and not done by the corporate office. The whole situation was very shady.”

“I went to the one that you wash your vehicle yourself put in $5 and it never came on did that day was Sunday and nobody was there that day that I seen so I called the number and left my name and no problem came back the following day Monday and the man that was working apologized and gave me my money back and so I will continue to keep going there because it's always been useful before and hopefully will continue thank you mister”

“Nice clean facility. Good amount of soap from the high pressure wand, as well as the foam brush applicator. Vehicle looked decent at the end of the process. This facility is located next to a high traffic intersection, which is obviously a smart decision, given the type of business that it is. However, during the busier parts of the day, it can be a patience testing challenge to get in and out of the place. It might be advisable to wait until the early evening hours to go there, as the traffic flow is typically less after normal business hours. I recommend this carwash to achieve the desired outcome.”

“A decent place, but I would suggest going somewhere else if your car is dirty. I've had a few times where the car wash didn't get my car completely clean. I've been to other automatic washes and haven't had any problems with them. This could be that the other places spray your car down first.This is okay for a quick wash, but if you haven't washed your car in a bit I'd suggest going somewhere else.”
