Worst car dealership ever if you want a cheap car and your credits bad this may be your only option but let me tell you go a different route, just save your money and buy a used one on your own. This place is such a scam. When I bought my car within the first week, the battery light was flashing on and Of course I had seven days to return the car when I decided OK and I’m gonna return it. I went in there. They said they fixed the problem. Great congrats that was my first issue, however, that is not my only issue My issue is the fact that I had bought this car probably roughly a year before it started acting up and it wasn’t just a little acting up they sold me a car that they knew it would break down at a certain mileage point. So little 19-year-old me was like OK great I have this car. There’s a warranty on it. I’m gonna be OK. Right, oh I was very wrong, when I bought the car, the mileage was at 82,996. When I told them I had a problem with the car, it was a week before I was able to take it in for them to look at it and you wanna know what they told me that I was 000,006 miles over my warranty. They absolutely knew that that car would break down after it passed my warranty Point. They absolutely knew that that car wouldn’t last another 24,000 miles and sold it to me anyways! Knowing I would be traveling back in forth from Kansas City and Saint Joseph pretty much every day for work and school, me telling them I needed a reliable car they completely screwed me for their own benefit. These people do not care about you they do not care who they screw over and when they do it, they don’t care if you have nothing they will take everything from you for their own enjoyment. So take my advice go somewhere else and save yourself the repo to your credit score or the money for the work you’ll be needing done on your car they will take advantage of you any way they can not to mention selling someone who is need of a car desperately a 13,000$ car when in reality it’s a 6,000$ car!

Car-Market is a complete joke and scam. I took my son there to get him a vehicle from them and I’ve had nothing but problems with the car. So August 24th I got my son an early Birthday gift and got him a car. By Monday the car was already having issues with it. The radiator went out and they had to fix it so they say they did. Couple days later my son drove his car 30 miles to go see his mom and on the way back the car’s radiator went out again and he had to call me because he was stranded on a major highway. On my to get him I called Car-Mart and asked for my money back because of the car breaking down twice within 4 days of having it and was told that’s not an option but they can put him in another vehicle but I would need another down payment and the payments would be higher. So the car broke down for a 3rd time and I had a mechanic look at it and the radiator they supposedly fixed wasn’t fixed because there was no radiator fluid in the radiator only water and because of the heat it was pretty much gone and it had slimy stuff in it. Had the starter replaced because they don’t cover that and no the car is junk and they won’t stand behind it. Now my son’s birthday present was a joke and he’s supposed to leave for Welding Academy and I’m going to have to drive him now because he doesn’t have a car. This company is the biggest joke and biggest scammers. Don’t buy anything from them and I’ve talked to other people and they’ve had similar experiences with them and have gotten the same results nothing. Don’t believe some of these reviews that you read without a picture because they have their employees get on here to say good things about them just to scam customers.

I would never recommend anyone to go to this place to buy a car.. i haven't even had the car I'm buying 3 months and it's been to the shop 3 times already.. The first time I sent it in I took it there for a ticking in the engine, it was throwing a EvaP code, and for the tire sensor staying on they put it in the shop to fix it and for some reason they changed my sway bar and purve valve and tell me they gotta wait on the EvaP canister to come in. I take the car back cause I gotta have a way to work.. The second time I take it to the shop their mechanic show me the EvaP canister he took out and someone had already tried to fix whatever with metal rinds and silicone and he also drove up with my car on a diagnostic machine and told them that day my engine needed replaced oh well they replaced it alright with a used on.. If you have a warranty shouldn't it cover a brand new engine.. They sold me a straight up lemon. If I was anyone I would run the other direction.. WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR.. and I forgot one more thing the staff don't like to call back and the General manager And thw shop lady conveniently off the clock oe gone wjen I show up because they know they sold a lemon.. Also after they changed the engine the sway bar, and sway bar links they left me to pay for the alignment because they didn't.. Also forgot to mention when I took the car the first time for the ticking in the engine the shop lady tried making me believe it was cause of the sway bar that was cause the ticking. so I had to wait another 2 months and pay more money.. this carlot is a joke.. The car I have blue books out at $5,100 dollars and I'm paying $15,499..

Haley provided great service. Spur of the moment thing, decided to check out some vehicles. Haley met us outside we went in and did an application for a vehicle. After filling everything out, Haley and one of the managers went over everything with us. Gave us the run down of everything. We drove away in a 2014 Dodge Dart! We are very pleased with the services that were provided for us! Thank you car Mart!
