“I had my fuel pump replaced. Quick service, nice guys. Definitely take your vehicle here. The tire cover on my rim is missing, I have no clue what happened to it. I assumed it was them, they went as far to pull up footage and show me that my truck came in without a tire cover, which clears my conscious, and the entire time they had positive attitudes. I definitely recommend these guys.”
“Very nice employees. Got great service from CarStar, after Collison Repair didn't do their job right and my bumper and under wrap just fell off my car.. Hillary got me right in at CarStar and they fix me right up. Even apologized for the shop though they had nothing to do with it.”

“Staff seems pretty knowledgeable about the products they sell. Staff also tries to gather what all the customer has in mind by asking questions and answering questions in order to determine the best product(s) to suggest/offer specific customers (not everybody is the same!) Prices range but honestly aren't too different than local competitors. Prices aren't listed on their website, though (which is understandable due to inventory and the range of customer preferences/combinations). But I could see how that would potentially drive away business from certain customers. Overall, they have great inventory and staff seem to be knowledgeable. They honestly do not seem to be the type to unnecessarily upsell just to pull in some extra money, so in my opinion, that makes them seem just a little bit more trustworthy. I hope this helps people with their decision making!”

“What do we recommend about Auto Zone on N. Belt in St. Joe? Their above & beyond customer service! We went in to get a brake light & advice about how to change it. We left with 2 brake lights, a tail light, four new hubcaps, and a new favorite auto parts store! "Russ" & his coworker took the time to install the lights , show us how to install the hubcaps & then coach us as we each put one on ourselves. These guys are great, & bc of their excellent care we will be back!”

“Someone backed into my Cadillac and caused damage to the front end. A couple of my friends came by and highly recommended Terry to repair our car. We took it down to him. He looked at it observed. It told us what it was probably gonna run and we had insurance with the deductible high deductible, and Terry went ahead and repaired it all the repairs and everything was done within a week and he even washed it which it desperately needed. It turned out absolutely beautiful. I am so happy That I would highly recommend Terry to do any work that you may have. Thank you so much.”

“A bunch of great people. Came in with charging issues on our shuttle bus. They were great help and drove to another store to get the alternator I needed to try. Granted it wasn’t A 270 amp like I needed but after removing the jumper wire harness and getting the 135 amp installed it’s enough to get us to our destination and will get us back home outside of Lincoln Nebraska! Thanks a bunch for the help. What you didn’t know Is there was 5 kids in the bus. 4 special needs kids.”

“Let me say this, I came in the store Saturday around 4 about a light on the dash. I had Wally help me with Bryce. They went over and beyond to help me with my vehicle they checked my battery, hooked it up to the computer, and sold me the right part. Patient throughout the whole interaction treated me more like family than a customer. I’m going back to this store solely because they work there and I feel they should be recognized and rewarded. Genuinely good hearted people much love to them.”
“Was in town for a wedding when my Service light came in. I stopped in and this dealership was outstanding. The took care of the light. Explained why it was on (tire rotation) and also added air to my tires. All of this for a customer visiting from Texas. I am sure they would be even more accommodating for someone local. I would definitely use them if in the area agin”
