We took our little Olive for a post-operative query into her health, and I was very impressed by the Vetrnarians bedside manner. Furthermore, we were not charged for our visit. I consider that complete care for routine surgery. Thank you all for taking care of our furry quadrupedal family!

We weren't clients of the clinic but we had an emergency with our cat on Sunday and Monday morning we took him in without an appointment or anything and the whole staff took wonderful care of him. He stayed from Monday morning until Thursday morning when we had to make the choice to end his suffering. The whole staff was very compassionate through the whole process from dropping him off till we left eyes filled with tears on Thursday. Not once did we feel rushed or put off. We will be bringing our other fur babies here for all their health needs from now on!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDHad an emergency with my bestest friendThe vet I had been taking her to has a front desk last week thinks she knows everything and damn near cost my girls life.After calling "close by" and desperately trying to find a surgical hospital to do her hysterectomy - and dealing with horrible judgemental uninterested receptionists at several other closer vets - I made the call to Animal Tales over an hour awayI was greeted by a gal who actually listened, cared and made a spot for my girl as quickly as she couldHer surgery went well and I'm so glad she's now ok and on the road to being herself and wellHighly recommend - I'm so grateful to have found them

RUDE!!!!! They denied my innocent puppy his pills because they earned a bad review!I had a wonderful vet, (VCA)for the first year of his life before moving here.First visit, the staff was cold and unwelcoming. It was a hot day and they had the heat up to 70, My dog was overheating so I asked the front desk man for some water for my dog & he said. No.I wasn’t impressed with the vet, receptionist or Techs.I went home and gave them a one star review (no words) and immediately looked for another vet. They never asked how they could make it right or say sorry for my bad experience. Just denied my dog service (his pills) They’re not accredited by the BBB so that should tell you something.

Animal Tales is my vet, has been for over 2 years. My first dog died on Christmas day 2022 ?. They were amazing and still remember him by name. (Bam)My new puppy just got spayed there last week. They did an amazing job! She is recovering beautifully.The ladies in the front are super sweet and the Vet Knows what he is doing ?I would recommend Animal Tales to anyone who is looking for a nice place to take your fur babies.

I've been coming here for years and and they taken very good care of my cat and dog. Very reasonable prices and the staff are friendly. Dr. Jim is an amazing vet. Highly recommend Animal Tails.

These people aren't even accredited with the better business bureau! I just moved to town, was looking for a new vet for my 2 year old epileptic husky puppy when I found these people. I made an appointment with a really sweet woman on the phone. When my dog and I got to the vet, there was a disheveled, aloof, guy with a heater next to him cranked up to 70 on a 70 degree day outside, at the front desk. Nobody smiled at me and even the veterinarian was not very nice. After the the appointment, I asked if my puppy can have a drink of water, the rude guy said. No. I immediately went looking for another vet but nobody was taking new animals in town so I gave them ONE STAR for the overall experience. Instead of replying to my one star review and asking how the can make it right or what happened, they deleted my account and so when I called to ask for a refill for my dogs anti seizure medication, they told me they deleted my account THAT DAY! So now my dog needs his pills and we have to start over somewhere else. Don't take your babies here. They are TERRIBLE people!!!

This Vet didn't like our 1 Star review of his terrible clinic and instead of apologizing and stepping it up he banned us from his clinic. He refuses to service our pet now who needs monthly meds because he didn't like our first review of him. What a total tool bag. Dont waste your time or your money here and more importantly dont risk your pets life by taking them here. Total trashy people.
