Overall a very positive experience. Gabea was attentive and easy to work with. The process (test drive, financing, delivery) was straightforward. The car was as described online and in good working condition. The price was right for our needs. There was an issue with one of the seats and it was fixed while we were waiting.Negative: The car was not detailed/cleaned prior to test drive. It was a difficult decision for us to move forward based on how dirty the vehicle was. But we were in need a of a car and there was nothing else available within driving range at the same price point. And at the end of the day it was mostly superficial. Anderson did detail (clean) the car prior to delivery. I would have like a more detailed car but it was mostly clean.I would recommend Anderson and Gabea and buy from them again.

Best service, hands down! We bring all our vehicles here for maintenance and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. We appreciate all you do to keep our cars running and in tip-top shape! (Also, shout-out to Brian Johnson for being one of our favorite service advisors)

Fred Goff at Anderson was extremely helpful and courteous. He did a great job of helping us find the truck we were looking for. He also did a great job of patiently walking us through the process of buying the truck. I will go back to him for future vehicle purchases.

Kevin sold me a Bronco and he was the best to work with! Super easy / fast process! Anytime I had a question he would answer them right away! Was worth the 7 hour drive. The reason for the 4 stars is that the car could have been detailed w little better! But overall a great experience!

The Anderson experience is always great but this time was over the top great! Brett takes care of us every time we need (or want in this case) a new car. I have wanted a Kia K5 for awhile now and finally got one. Brett and Lee did everything in their power to find the perfect one, and man did they! Thank you Anderson for always going above and beyond for us!

Brett was great! I was in a pinch and needed a car fast, after being told about my needs and wants he found me the perfect car, and it wasn’t even one I looked at online! He was great with all my questions and took time to truly listen to me! I was also out the door with a new vehicle in about an hour and a half! So fast and easy!

Took a truck in for oil change and transmission flush. First they broke my fill tube for the transmission and said it was broke when it came in. Problem is the truck sits on concrete pad and there was no leaks before they serviced it. So I ended up paying for that, next they took 4 business days to do the job which I wasn't really upset about but the communication on the truck, or lack of when it was taking longer than quoted. They then message saying truck was done and I go to get it and find a pond of transmission fluid under it. They checked it out and found out that the pan gasket was leaking, by the way was the old 13 year gasket that was on the truck when I took it to them. They also messed up drain plug but as like before that was leaking before they say, And again no spot on my concrete drive and guess who paid for that mistake. If you do take you car or Truck enter at your own risk as the tech are incompetent and break stuff and the shop will not take responsibility.

From my first inquiry about the Bronco I saw online, Kelso Klein was ready and willing to help get me in the vehicle I wanted and meeting all my specifications. He was knowledgeable, answered questions, provided guidance, and was timely in all communications and updates. I never felt “sold to” but instead taken care of. Thanks to Kelso and the staff at Anderson St. Joe, I wouldn’t hesitate to drive the 200 miles to work with this team again.

Dwayne was my sales rep, and has been in the past. I got a great deal through him as usual, he always comes through. He was very professional, as was all the personnel at the dealership. It made the buying experience enjoyable instead of a pain. Wish I could give more than five stars, but that's all they allow.

I really enjoyed working with Gabea and the financial approval process wasn’t too painful.A few comments:- the reach out amount, in just one day was a bit overwhelming. 2 texts, a call and a VM, and emails, a video. Ugh… thankfully it was with only one person unlike other dealers where they have 2-3 people reaching out. If so, I prob wouldn’t have bothered. Over kill!- the pics didn’t reflect the correct mileage and only found out while test driving that it ended up being the vehicle everyone and their brother drove while their cars were being serviced. Adding over 1,000 miles to the vehicle.-the individual that “cleaned” my car before I drove it home… 1.5 stars. If I saw the right person, she looked like a teenager and could care less about doing a good job. There were dirt marks on the backs of the seats, crumbs on the side of the passenger seat, the dash was dusty and with all those added drivers the vizor was dirty… hoping I can get that cleaned.- And the scratch! Just noticed about 9” scratch on the passenger side door when I was about to drive it off. Important to look over the car in detail with the sales person (again given all the drivers!) before signing any papers. But Gabea to the rescue! She did offer to have them buff it out and I have an appt next week. If we saw it earlier they could have fixed it while we financed and not have to drive another 1.5 hours round trip.- I failed to remove a few items from my old car and thankfully Gabea was able to grab and mail them to me…. A HUGE THANK YOU AND GREATLY APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.- all in all I had a good experience. I’ve been to Gary Crossley on and off and I’m dealing with them on my Gap Insurance cancellation…. They don’t like calling people back. So that’s been fun. So Anderson I feel with my limited experience is much better than Crossley!Thank you!!

I was informed by brook about a car that I was interested in. We planned a road trip from Clarinda IA, made a test ride, liked the car, we sat down at JJ’s desk. We had some figures in our head and a couple of hours later we drove of with the car we wanted leaving the trade in behind. We left with a good feeling in a good ride and am sure that JJ and Brook also don’t regret this sale, see you in 5 years. Tammy and Jan-Peter

I had a fantastic buying experience from start to finish. The whole process was very low stress. Everyone at the dealership practically bent over backwards to help get me into my new truck. They didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need. I worked with one person throughout the whole buying process; unlike other dealerships where I have been passed around to different people while trying to buy. I have every intention of going back when it comes time to get another car. I have already started telling friends and family about how well I was treated by everyone at Anderson.

Kelso at Anderson Ford was such an amazing help. He was able to get the car we wanted so quickly since it wasn't on the lot already. Spent time to walk me through everything dealing with the car and even reached out to make sure I was still happy with the car the next day. Will definitely refer anyone who is wanting a car to go to Anderson Ford.

They're a business. What can I say?Circumstances of my purchase didn't lend themselves to perfect dealing; it was a consignment sale, so all negotiating went through a salesman to the owner. Information was extremely sparse. No maintenance records, very little information on how the vehicle was used, very little done beyond a cursory inspection.All this to say it wasn't necessarily entirely Anderson's fault, but it was an issue.On the other hand, Fred Goff was as helpful as he had the resources to be, he handled my questions well if not informatively, and best of all, I never felt a lot of pressure. He basically said, "Here's the truck, let me know what we can do." He also helped to insure that everyone got a reasonable price.

My wife(Amy Edwards) and I bought a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport from this place last May. I was told that my factory would be voided if I didn’t have my oil changed by a Ford dealership. They convinced me that I needed to buy a $400 oil change package. Today I traded off my Bronco and was told that that was a lie. I didn’t have to have my oil changed by a Ford dealership. Will never purchase a vehicle from this place again. Very disappointing that I was lied to for a $400 purchase. Shame on you guys !! My Bronco was my second purchase and from Anderson and will be the last!Update for the person who called me from Anderson yesterday that didn’t have records of the sales person who sold me the Bronco: Sales Person was Nate Christian
