I’ve been taking my fur babies to All Creatures for 25 years and they’ve been wonderful! I had to make the hard decision to put down my 16 1/2 year old Bichon down this week and Dr Getzmer came to my house to do it. I wanted her to pass it the comfort of her home. He is the best❤️. The office staff is always so good to me! I couldn’t ask for more. I will miss them as this is my last baby.

Great staff and great environment! Everyone in my extended family takes their animals there. We have cats, little dogs, Great Danes, and German Shepherds. Approximately 20 animals in total. They have been awesome and caring with every single animal.

I sent my pet there for a simple procedure to be spaded 2 days later she died I called on Monday because on Sunday we had to put her down she was almost dead on Monday I called them and I never got a call back this is now Friday show me and my boyfriend did the research and found out that Siamese cats do not take well to anesthetic me and my boyfriend can do the research to find this out what could the veterinarian not do his job and do the research and find it out not slandering anybody just stating a fact I wouldn't bring your your animals here not if you love your animals like your family I don't even rate them as a one

I took my Mastiff to All Creatures a week ago expecting to have to put her down. She was not eating, could hardly get up and was suffering.
They checked her out, after taking 4 of us to get her out of the car, and found an infected uterus. She was too weak for surgery but they treated her with medication for a week and Now She Is Home!!
They all were so amazing!!
Thank you all for giving me back my big girl!!

We love All Creatures. I have taken my fur babies there for a very long time. They treat our babies right when we broad them. Won’t go any place else.

Dr. Gutzmer is incredible – he is exceptionally caring and does an excellent job when treating or providing care for your pets. Dr. Gutzmer is extremely personable and is always very responsive when your pet is at All Creatures – Dr. Gutzmer will personally call and discuss the medical condition of the animal and all treatment options. Dr. Gutzmer is so amazing, supportive, kind, and caring when providing end-of-life care for your pet. Dr. Gutzmer’s has a tremendous staff that has the same kind and caring values as Dr. Gutzmer – they will spoil your babies – big or small. Dr. Gutzmer and his staff are remarkable!!!

This is aimed at the person that schedules the staff. Please have enough people working to handle phone calls and the appointments. I Called Saturday morning to try and schedule and appointment for my dog, I was put on hold twice and she was going to put me on hold a third time. But, I declined and hung up. Now, your staff was polite and apologetic, so I'm not upset with them. You were just understaffed for the volume of work they do on Saturday mornings.

Absolutely amazing, the ladies up front at so nice and helpful. Came from another vet out of town and was very unhappy with the other vet. This office far exceeded any expectations I had.

Had a big emergency with my cat, I called them because nobody was available anywhere else. They got me in the next morning as soon as they opened. I really appreciated what they did so did my cat,,, Fuzzybutt. Thank you all for helping me.

It took 3 weeks to get an appointment to get our cat spayed and the day before her appointment they called me and said the Dr was sick and put her appointment out another 3 weeks. Very poor customer service!!
