Garrett & Colby were amazing to work with! They made everything make sense and made it all so easy! I showed up, and the car I had expressed interest in was completely detailed and up front waiting for me to test drive. This was the first time I’d gone to buy a car completely on my own, and they took such great care of me, making me feel completely at ease through the entire process. I’ll say it a million times over, Victory GMC of Saint Joseph is the way to go! Thank you, Garrett & Colby!

The three or so hours that I spent at Victory GMC were very pleasant. My salesman, Garrett, was really nice and very knowledgeable. Stephanie in the finance department was a joy to work with! I would definitely give them a ??!!

Usually have good service. This time was not the best. Took them 4 days to even look at my car and it took my mom saying something for themto do so. They then only took a matter of 20 minutes to fix it. Nobody called or updated me until it was done. Both my mother and I had to call in order to get a response or update.

I’ve never been so impressed with a salesperson or with financing a vehicle. These guys(Kelly and Colby) were phenomenal to work with. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful with the car buying process. I 100% trust these two to the fullest!

I found a lower priced older model from Victory GMC's used collection. I was treated like I was buying a brand new car. Zander was wise, welcoming and friendly. Everyone was wonderful! I'll definitely go back again and I recommend them to you!

Aston and the staff was very polite. They worked hard to get me in this vehicle. One of the managers spoke with my mom and said great things about my mom. They did everything they could to make this buying experience awesome. If you are in need of a vehicle go see them. Amazing company and staff.

I had my first complimentary oil change and Tire rotation. The service Was quick and Professionally accomplished. Whenever I call to ask a question About my new truck they are always able to answer my question and explain it so I understand. Thank you to Victory GMC for surpassing. My Expectations.

This is the greatest place for repairs. The mechanic asked questions about my concerns. The job is done right. They give a fair price. The mechanic even pointed out other issues to make sure I know whats going on under the hood.Great group of people all around

In 2018, Jon sold my first Acadia Denali to me, and I chose to work with him again to trade for a 2023! My experience is why I hate buying cars from a dealer. I started by looking at cars on Auto Trader. I found this one, reasonably-priced and with low miles. After deciding I wanted to buy it, I sent paperwork to get the process started. Once, Sawnya sent the paperwork back to me, I noticed the price went up by almost 2k. I questioned this, and she said she didn't know anything about the price on Auto Trader. My loan from my bank was for the exact price on Auto Trader. I went to look again, but the dealer took the ad down. So, if I wanted the car, I had to come up with extra money. I decide to go drive the car and see if I really wanted it. As we're test driving the car, we notice the left blinker doesn't work. We tell her when we return and are told the mechanic broke it backing up that day. They also broke the bumper too, but of course, aren't mentioning that. We're told a new light will be in Monday and they'll fix it. After waiting 3 weeks, we call. The light is in, but now they are short staffed and won't drive to me to replace it. I tell them that they can send it to my mechanic and he'll put it in. (This saving me 3 hours of drive time.) The light never arrives. We call back weeks later, and they said they'll order another and send it to my mechanic again. My mechanic hasn't heard a word from them EVER. We're 2 and half months later, and I still don't have taillight/blinker on a $36,000 car. I should have ran from the get go. I hope my experience helps you! (I have texts to prove this all.)

Everyone was polite; however, I waited almost an hour in the waiting room only to be home that the part, a rear wiper blade, was not in stock, and I had called the day prior and specifically left a message to return my call IF the part was not in stock to save me the trip. I never got the call returned so it was a wasted hour of my time during a busy work day.

I stop in when there is a recall on my truck or I when I am having an issue with it. The service counter are great guys that will go out of their way to make that you are taken care of. They are fast and friend and always on the move. I haven't had any issues here and the service is always been great.

What an awesome experience. Shout out to my salesperson Sanya Williams, she worked really hard,running all over the place getting me the right vehicle. I had a great time even though it took longer than I expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone that might be new or a little apprehensive to the whole process and may need that extra tlc while looking for the right vehicle.?
