This is the fine level of work of Kim Jennings of Action Electric. His craftsmanship and knowledge are clear in this photos of the exposed wires, wrongfully connected conduit and drill holes in the building, he even did this work without the consent of the owners! He then adamantly refused to correct the issue and stands behind this level of "not to code" standards. Companies such as his, should be reported, and have been reported, along with Action Electrics business permits and license. The next review of this business will say " permanently closed"

Came at the appointed time, gave an estimate immediately. Cost of work was very responsible. Replaced our old breaker box with a new bigger one and re-wired where necessary. We were only off the electricity for a very short time.#Expert#Very Professional#Prompt

Jacob was so respectful and helpful in fixing a problem in our house and while he was there, we had him look at 2 more things. He was fast and did a great job. I would highly recommend Action Electric to friends and family, and I will be using them again as well.

I was quoted and told that they would come at the end of the week. I called at the beginning of the next week. I have called everyday now for about three weeks, keep getting promises and apologies but still no one coming out. I needed the outlet fix to get the pool going. I'm not really sure how you can fail so miserably. This company has failed on three attempts to make the repairs requested. They have even gone so far as to bill for repairs that were never done. These repairs were not even started. I've been told by people that the owner is a "good old boy and he'll make good on his promises". So far I'm not seeing it. Whether he is overbooked or overstretched is not my concern. There should be some form of communication and definitely he should not bill for work that has not been completed, let alone started.
