I was excited to get my daughter into head-start but couldn’t meet with the teacher twice and the 3rd time I just honestly gave up too discouraged to trust someone watching my child that can’t even communicate effectively We were not looked at as a priority…starting to feel like this was a racial situation what professional sets up a meeting and doesn’t show up twice or even communicate at all I’m extremely disappointed and I tried to be understanding I’ve even talked to the manager and the first thing she stated was that she has seen my message and she will make sure she has a talk with the new teacher but I just can’t because if u seen that messages you’ve seen all the other ones where I was taken serious prior to me getting upset and to have tension in the beginning and this is over my child’s care yea im fine my time is valuable and shouldn’t be wasted ! My child will just continue to go to her daycare that is a bit of a distance atleast I know that she will be cared for properly and learning about Jesus!

I was in this program before I turned 21 and I didn't get the assistance I needed and it's very upsetting and I have two kids and a newborn so they aren't very much helpful. They said it was hard for me to get a place cause how old I was and how many kids I had .......ITS YOUR JOB TO FIND A PLACE FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE STRUGGLING TO FIND A PLACE ....ITS LIKE SOMETIMES WE GOTTA DO YOUR JOB FOR YOU AND THATS NOT OUR PLACE TO DO SO

They don't care. They claim the do but they don't. Maybe they care about the people who "successfully moved out" but not the ones that see through there lies. Withholding almost $1000 from a struggling youth isn't helping them what so ever. If you are seeking support I suggest you find it else where because they don't really care.

They pay like crap and gossip like their lips are on fire. Unfortunately for youth who are in need this is the only real place in st Charles. And they do help the youth, but the employees are awful to each other.
