The customer service never improves! I only come because it's so close to my home. I picked up an order today not correct, no receipt, and the female lied to my husband stating she put the receipt in the bag. Husband believed her and when he brought it home no receipt. I called spoke to a manager, Isiah, who kept saying Walmart. I told him the situation, then I was transferred to the female manager on duty. Isiah doesn't know her name he says, he just started a week ago. Female manager told me on the phone my husband was a liar and she never told him she put it in the bag.I had to drive back up to get the receipt and since they already closed out, they had to return it and have me repurchase everything.

Pharmacy is absolutely no better than any other now that they have the same hours, if not less than the others. Who knows when they're open anymore, it changes so often.

Disgusting FedEx service. What was supposedly a manager asked my name about 7 times. Seriously a manager can't remember a name for 30 seconds. Fine as a Walgreens, sad as a FedEx PickUp spot.

I've lived in the area for 3 years and I visit consistently enough to say that the negative comments are not entirely about the store unless it just got that much better over time. It's clean and stocked and the people do their best. It's also the only place that sells my dark chocolate by Lindt.

I looked all day in St Charles for a pair of crutches and couldn’t find them anywhere in our area, even other Walgreens locations when are finally found them here. I called to make sure they had them and I was accidentally sent to Phamacy where naturally the Phamacist’s answered. He said he’d check but would need to walk to the front to look , in such a kind, helpful voice, he came back in the phone about 2 minutes later and confirmed that they did in fact have plenty. I really wish I would have remembed his name as I know he said it when he answered. This was Saturday October 1, 2022 at 3:45 pm and it was a male that answered so hopefully you can figure out who he was because it wasn’t just that they had the crutches but instead it was his kind voice , quick response, and him going out of his way to find out for me. I only wish more people could lead by his example and use kindness as a way to communicate instead of , rudeness and lack of work ethics that you see with most people in these uncertain times. Thank you whoever you were for going out of your way and making sure your customers have a safe and gentle attitude with such kindness! Walgreens should give you a raise because it’s people like you that others can learn common manners! ?I hope you have a great weekend!

I was just released from the hospital after a week. I’m in excruciating pain and they wouldn’t fill my prescription because they are about to take lunch. I’ll never do business with them for any reason again.
