I really liked this shop. However today I am very frustrated with the customer service. I bought a light up picture for a gift. The clerk just put it in a bag no wrapping it up at all. It was pouring down rain when I left the store so some rain got into the bag. When arrived home. I realized it was a painting and the paint ran it the picture is ruined. I took it back to exchange it and she said. Sorry but it’s not a defect on my part. I can’t take it back.First you did not protect the product or even tell me it was a painting.Thank you for Ruining a Christmas gift for a family member.
