The only thing I wish is that I could have changed about my experience was where I could return the truck. I called to try to change where I could return the U-Haul and I was not able to do that. I definitely recommend thinking about that when you are booking.

A bit of confusion after I had to change pick up time. Almost ended up a mess. Luckily averted by upgrading to last larger truck available without upcharge.

Roger single handedly made me want to reuse Uhaul for my next move. He had outstanding customer service and I'll be back to use them again because of him!
