“Cool store, great selection, professional and courteous staff. I picked up a box of One Piece OP05 and OP06 on the advice of my daughter. I jokingly had the resident player touch both boxes for luck and it must have worked because I pulled a Vinsmoke Reiju alt-art leader #042. I pulled several other very nice alt-arts, SEC's etc from both boxes. Overall very satisfied with my experience there and my later experience at home ripping packs.”
“Great place! My visit was wonderful! I went to the event today that had Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus and it was very delightful! Everyone had a great time and the staff was super kind and helpful! There was this one staff young woman who was working the front register and I am unsure of what her name is, but she was super friendly and kind! She was engaging in conversation, and made the visit amazing! 10/10 customer service, The Claus visit was amazing (10/10) and the store is so cute and sells amazing products (10/10) I would recommend this store to anyone looking for pokemon products in this area because they have amazing stuff and I will need to visit again!”

“The reason for the review was a recent trip today, we were not part of a birthday party that was supposed to happen but our children still wanted to build a bear. There was no one in the building bear area at the time and the front person asked if we were part of the party which we said no, and they said "well we're mainly a party venue." Which is, from our experience coming here three or four times, 90% inaccurate. I feel like that was the wrong way to approach the situation. It made us feel unwelcomed and honestly very annoyed. If this was just myself coming here in a different scenario I would have walked out. We still got to build a bear and all the other staff were fantastic; it was a typical Build-A-Bear experience. Our kids also love the new climbing structure. I feel like this location needs to be reminded that Build-A-Bear would not be what it is without the walk-in visitor, we end up spending over $140 for just two children.... Living in O'Fallon, Missouri there is no way I would go further when this one is closer to us.”

We were able to find exactly the items that our granddaughter wanted to buy and also we desired to purchase for her quickly and easily due to the cleanliness and organized store. We also have a cart for her to sit in that she liked. Way to go with this NEW STORE! All your stores should be modeled after this store. Also, the staff is smiling, pleasant, friendly, helpful, and courteous. This is not the way it is in all of your stores!”
