A few minutes on the phone with Kurt, I knew I called the right company. Kurt was professional and detailed while arranging for my transport. He sent his guy, Dave. Making his first day back into towing services after medical disabilities, Dave did a fantastic job at making sure my towing needs were satisfied. 5+ stars to these guys for enduring through all kinds of situations and Mother Nature's elements to ensure the customer the best experience in often a not so best situation. “I was driving from Iowa to Alabama with a 20 foot trailer when my driveshaft and transmission exploded on the highway. Ray came out and gathered the components of the driveshaft and transmission off the interstate. Towed my truck and my trailer hitch to the transmission shop and took us to enterprise to get me and my 3 passengers a means of transportation . Definitely would use again”

Spend couple of thousand dollars with Roadside assistance and Love’s shops and still couldn’t figure out the problem until I got to Vanguard of St. Charles. Spoke to Robert, he was really friendly. Took me in, diagnosed my problem. Was in and out in less then an hour with 99$ bill. Great knowledgeable team with experience and professionalism. I went to them for over 16 years for my car repair needs (until I recently moved) and they never let me down. Their office manager, Rene'e, is also super friendly.
