This place operates like a monkey fing a football. I went in to pickup an arrangement I ordered at the time I was supposed to pick it up and they ran around frantically asking my name 4 times. I had to show them a picture of the order from my email. They then gave me a pathetic arrangement that looked nothing like I ordered. Never again.

Kristi and team are amazing! The Flower Stop assisted with Cottleville Firefighters Outreach 15 Year Anniversary Celebration and absolutely knocked it out of the park. The centerpieces elevated the entire event. Kristi took our vision and made it a reality above and beyond what we could have dreamed. Her kindness, generosity, and talent is unsurpassed. Delivers flowers to the wrong address. Didn't make it right the next day. Ordered through "your flowers" online. Then after failing to make it right for next day. I'm told to wait another 2 days by the mediator of "your flowers". I don't get it. They're local and couldn't deliver an order to the right residence with all the the tech we have out there. Address posted on mailbox, above garage, and on door! Now somebody else has my mother's floral gift. Glad the mediator refunded me. Crazy how much you can spend for incompetence.

Needed to send flowers last-minute and The Flower Stop totally came through for me! I was in a bit of a pinch and needed a bouquet for my friend, like, ASAP. I gave them a call, and they were super chill about the whole next-day delivery thing.And let me tell you about the bouquet – it was stunning! They totally nailed it with the design. It wasn’t just a bunch of flowers thrown together; you could tell they put some real thought into making it look special.My friend loved the surprise, and the flowers definitely made her day. It’s pretty cool how they managed to pull off something so perfect on such short notice.

Wonderful place for flowers for high school dances. Ordered online the night before and got a phone call the next morning that one of the components of the wrist corsage I ordered was out of stock. Said they would happily substitute with something different and even lowered the price. When we were there, the service was so wonderful and if anyone picking up wanted to change their item slightly, they had plenty of staff there to make it exactly to the buyers satisfaction. I would go out of my way to drive here over anywhere else because of their service.

This place rocks. Ordered over the phone 10 am to be delivered same day last week. Two hours later done, beautiful flower, wonderful service and great price. Excellent

My mother's day flowers came with yellow roses which were very wilted and basically were dead the next day. I just received another arrangement on Friday. I could not get water to the plastic container that was holding the oasis. I had water all over. I even took out flowers to try to get water in the plastic container. Did not work well, but I could keep the oasis wet. I threw the arrangement out after five days.Call the shop. Was told the owner would call me back. I have not heard from them. Very disappointed in quality.

I just stopped by spontaneously to surprise my wife with some flowers and the team just did a wonderful job and she loved it. Thank you for wonderful experience. Also I just stopped by out of the blue and was asked a few questions and less than 10 minutes i was out the door with a beautiful bouquet my wife adores...you definitely have a repeat customer

I've used The Flower Stop for both business and personal arrangements, and they've always done a good job. On one order in particular, they truly went above and beyond - the arrangement I ordered for my wife was shown in a very unique vase on the website, but didn't come in it when delivered. Inquired about it and found that it was delayed amid Covid-related supply chain issues. Owner kept my information and called me two months later to let me know she'd gotten some in and invited me to come by and pick one up at no additional cost!

Flowers were pretty but customer service wasn't the best...Used them for my wedding. They did r return my call when promised. They said they'd give me a call right back but didn't until I told them I knew they wouldn't. Then they finally listened to me.

Very friendly people at this little shop! Have bought flowers here a few times, most recently on Valentines Day and as crazy busy as they were they still took time to get me in and out quickly with a beautiful bouquet for my spouse!

These are the worst flowers that I have ever received. While they are fresh , they do not match ,are not even arranged well. I could find better flowers at trader joes for much less. They are not even close to what the sender ordered and very ugly filled with cheap lilies and weeds

Wow they knocked it out of the park!!I ordered flowers for my Wife for valentines day last week. the shop that delivered them gave us flowers that were old and gross. So I took it back to them and ordered from the Flower Shop instead.These flowers are gorgeous and I'll be using them from now on for sure!!ThanksTonyk

The Flower Stop bailed us out of a huge jam today! We ordered flowers for our mom’s funeral from another shop on line that were supposed to be delivered yesterday afternoon for our funeral this morning. When we got to the funeral home there were no flowers. I called The Flower Stop in Cottleville and asked if they could help. I texted them a picture of the flowers and they were Delivered to the funeral home within an hour and were beautiful. I cannot thank themenough for saving the day. Thanks for the outstanding service.

I ordered a Thanksgiving arrangement from Flower Stop to use as a centerpiece on my table. It was gorgeous! It looked very much like the photograph, with the exception of orange candles instead of red. The orange actually worked better with the colors of the flowers. This was my second time ordering centerpiece flowers from Flower Stop, and it will not be my last!
