I used to work here and my son attended too. I'm not sure if the Sarah's still run the place. But everything about this daycare is a red flag. They have such a high turn over rate that they will literally hire anybody to watch these children. The lunch was always so disgusting and thoughtless. I witnessed assistant Sarah stick her fingers into one of the babies food and eat it. The food the kids get are scarce. The kitchen was sticky, dirty, and she didn't wash the dishes properly. The outdoor area was dirty and the toys were dirty. Not to mention the literal tombstones from the cemetery on the other side of the chain link fence. The whole place was dingy and just all around a sad/negative environment. The director Sarah did a lot of shady under the table type stuff. If state was mentioned she'd scramble to correct everything since she got a heads up. There was a situation where a coworker had abused a 2 year old (held him In the air while screaming at him) and when I had a meeting with Shirley (the regional manager i think) she gaslit me out of reporting it to state saying I would get in trouble with the law since I didn't report right away. I cried, I was scared, I had a one year old baby so I didn't make the report. That same day I kept hearing my son cry so on my break I went in his room to see what was wrong. His plate of food was untouched and he was in a crib crying. He was under both Sarah's care and I believe they purposely didn't feed him because I was going to report the daycare to the state. My baby was crying because he was hungry. I found a cup of mac n cheese in my car and warmed it to feed him. Director Sarah told me mac n cheese is not nutritious for my child after she tried to starve him. I took him, all of our stuff and left. Director Sarah then messaged me on Facebook and told me I could go to jail for abandonment for not returning from my break. This happened in December 2019. I have receipts for everything. Please never leave your kids here, it may be tempting with the cheap tuition but it's not worth it.

This daycare is one of a kind, The members are professional and friendly I can’t get my son to leave sometimes??

Competitive cost with other daycares. Given my job and the ability to work from home sometimes, we have used TenderCare on and off for a few years now. We haven't had any issues. I talk with my children about their day and have never had them tell me any negative experience. I have also sat in and observed their day before. They are provided with quality meals and the teachers there interact great with all the children.Thank you Tender Care for providing my family with a safe environment for my children!

Professionalism is something they lacked in when my kids were attending in Jan of 2022. My son has a couple disorders and they were well informed before and during the time they were there, even before the application was filled out. I keep getting the same excuses that they just you can't take a document from a doctor at its word because it's a piece of paper. They also weren't watching my child well as he got out the emergency exit and then instead of disciplining the staff member, told me it was his fault and sent him home because that can't happen. And then after all of these instances occurred the assistant director was very rude and blamed my son for the disorders he can't control and told me they were kicking him out in 2 weeks. So I pull both of my children out. When I called later to ask for a document stating my children were no longer attending they said I had an attitude and they would mail it to me and that was 3 weeks ago. I also asked to speak to the director multiple times and she was never there and didn't return phone calls or give me an email to reach out to.

Sarah the director, is very easy to work with. She goes above and beyond to successfully meet needs and any problems assessed and resolved in a professional Mannar. I suggest taking your kids here. They will learn, follow rules, and become better students, and at home.

This is an amazing daycare ! My kids love going there everyday , the workers are nice , love the kids and care for their well being. I’ve never had a problem with them and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for daycare for their kids!

Terrible place. Edited to add, I love their responses to all their bad reviews. Just perfect. If they were as good as they claim to be they wouldn't be attacking people with complaints and being hostile. Multiple allegations of abuse and quite a bit of proof to top it. Shut this place down ASAP. abusive and unprofessional in every aspect, towards parents and children.

This is probably one of the worst places to send your child ... it's sickening to see them still open i mean the boss was on drugs then they drop a book shelf on a kid and nothing??.. what will it take to get this company shut down

The director will work the staff 12 hour shifts constantly if you let her. Plus they stick 2 & 3 year olds in the baby room if it's too busy. They don't teach, they let the kids do whatever they want. I worked there two months.

If I could give this establishment a ZERO star rating, I would. There are numerous issues with this place and it is not a place that values the children or respect for the parents. One of the many issues with this place is the complete lack of quality in the food they give the children. Please do your research!
