would not recommend moving here. maintenance & office doesn’t respond to any concerns. neighbors will consistently leave trash out on balconies making you walk through it. it’s disgusting & is attracting animals & bugs. do better Sunbrook it’s been months of this nonsense & nothing has been done to fix

Be careful they are some very misleading people. Not to mention they are so disrespectful. If I said what I was thinking right now the two ladies in the office would probably get offended, because they customer service was terrible. And most times you know whats! Have terrible customer, but anyway I’m so glad this not me my family home because they don’t have any idea what they doing, bad communication. And base of the reviews the apartments are a hot mess! ? God got something better in store.

The whole building smells like a mixture of cigarettes, marijuana and garbage is very unpleasant. We never received housekeeping services and the people working at the front desk should be trained on how to work in customer service, they are very rude people.

Great customer service from Olivia. Very welcoming and informative. So far the neighborhood is quite safe and clean. Can’t complain of anything.

Experience living here was subpar. The main desk people were mostly friendly and typically answered my questions promptly.
Mold began to grow in my closet and bathroom. For no apparent reason, there was a ton of moisture in my apartment. I see other reviews had this problem as well.
My toilet had messed up one time so maintenance came while I was at work. He called, I naturally did not answer an unknown #. He proceeded to call my personal phone four more times and had a nasty attitude when I finally did answer. I was WORKING after all.
Overall, nothing special about the complex.

This has been my favorite place to rent since moving to Missouri. Maintenance is super quick and friendly, really nice amenities, and they truly try to work with you and your situations. A great place to call home.

Ray in the office was super sweet and very knowledgeable of the property. The apartments are extremely small but some of the units pricing makes up for it in this economy.

Move in was smooth and easy. The office was terrific about communicating status on approval, date and time of move-in, as well as requirements prior to move-in. Appreciate the great customer service.

I just moved in yesterday and Kelle and the staff were all very nice and went above and beyond to get me in in such a short notice! Maintenence was also very prompt and thorough as well! I appreciate all your time and great, professional attitude during the process!

Maintenance was quick to respond, had the issue fixed in under 30 minutes and even went above and beyond as they always do. We could not have better maintenance staff.
