I had my supercharger "rebuilt" and and a smaller pulley installed for my 2000 Jaguar XJR. When we received the supercharger my mechanic installed it, only to find out they Stiegemeier DID NOT remove enough material at the end of the snout for the smaller pulley. So, my mechanic had to remove the supercharger and I had to mail it back. I had to pay for return shipping. I had to pay for the install twice as Stiegemeier did NOT rebuild the supercharger correctly. They sent me a faulty supercharger that NEVER worked because the pulley was rubbing on metal on the snout. I asked if Stiegemeier would help me at all on the shipping and maybe pitch in on the install then uninstall and then reinstall labor costs. They replied that this would be a WARRANTY ISSUE? They WOULD NOT HELP ME. How can I make a warranty claim on a defective supercharger that was clearly their fault. I spent A LOT of money on this supercharger. I dealt with Stiegemeier in good faith. Do yourself a favor and avoid Stiegemeier at all costs. I did EVERYTHING I was supposed to do and they did not. What would you do if you received a supercharger that NEVER worked. Not once due to their negligence. I honestly am bewildered on how I was treated and how they would not back up their work, especially when faulty. They acknowledged their error. They had to re-do the work on the snout. How can a company do this to a customer? Again, I cannot recommend this place. Avoid at all costs.

Wonderful customer service and great end product. I got a full rebuild on my 2.3L whipple supercharger and they got it back to me within 2 weeks.

Took them over a month to complete the job. Excuse was covid of course. When I dropped the unit off the owner was playing golf even though I let him know I would be driving 5 hours to meet him. He sent his niece instead. Also Beware. They seem to charge more if you’re black. Charged me $1300 to clean out a supercharger head unit where others have gotten twice the work done for half the price.
