1 person helping costumers on a Saturday afternoon caused a 2hr wait for me to just pick up equipment. The customer service worker was very nice and trying her best but management really should realize this problem

Store hours on Google say they close at 8 on weekdays. Actually closes at 6. Phone number goes to costumer service, not to the store. So you can't verify the hours - you have to drive out and be disappointed in order to actually know.

The Zumo is a scam! We pay monthly rent for something that we could buy for 30 dollars. It’s five dollars a month forever. It doesn’t do anything that a firestick or even a tv itself can’t do. All it has is the spectrum app, which you can get on anything. It’s not a DVR, you can do that on the app too. It’s a complete scam.

Ms. Toni was considerate and very helpful with explaining what I wanted to and bless her she was always smiling. Now on a separate note [that was nothing to do with Ms. Toni] your appointment system messed up my appointment for 11:20 am after receiving two notifications.

When I tried return my equipment the doors were locked before store closing hours. I can see people working with 2 customers so I waited thinking it was maybe due to Covid. Waited ten mins no acknowledgment or anything. Finally I see the small sign saying temporary hours close at 6pm . I’m visually impaired I didn’t see the sign, if you see me standing there with a box waiting clearly I didn’t know. But the lady finally addressed me after I said thanks for letting me stand here. Sir I told you we were closed. From inside the store while and I’m outside of the store I can hear you say where closed? If you made a gesture and I’m still waiting maybe hey I didn’t see the damn signal man. Rude and piss poor attitude.

Not really a review of the store but Spectrum as a company. Overpriced junk service with horrible customer service. Was paying 300 a month for internet and cable that was junk. Outages and outdated service. Got I3 fiber now and Direct. No box for cable and unlimited cloud DVR and the interface makes spectrum look like 1980s tech. 50 bucks for I3 and 130 for Direct. So saving about 120 dollars a month. I3 speed test shows 600 down and 500 up on wifi. I was lucky to get 150 down and 20 up with spectrum which was supposed to be 300 Meg service. It was like 80 bucks for internet. I also canceled 5 days into the billing cycle and they charged me for an entire month and won't pro rate it. My wife filed a complaint with the BBB and Bow they want to talk. Holding your credit hostage for services not rendered is b.s and has to be illegal at some level. Spectrum is the worst company I've ever done buisness with. Ancient Overpriced tech with horrible customer service

Extremely slow service. Walked in and waited 90 minutes trying to exchange their equipment that stopped working in the middle of a workday before walking out. Employees were lethargic and watching the in store tv while telling customers ‘I’m getting a system error.’
