Prices at this store have went up SIGNIFICANTLY over the past year (well beyond what one would expect for inflation). They were the one reasonably priced thrift store in the St Charles Co area for years and there was a noticeable difference between them and Goodwill. Sadly, that is no longer the case.

I found some items for cheap that were of good quality. Customer service is decent. What gets me is I tried to donate so I called ahead but they gave me the feeling that they don’t care if I donate or not. The person who answered seemed indifferent.

It’s unfortunate I’ve heard so many good things about you guys but when I called about dropping off some donations I received the most horrible or attitudes about it. Changed my mind. Dropping off at goodwill.

I can only think of positive interactions with the staff. Some nice people are working here.An example; I recently purchased a coat for a kid. A couple of ladies walked by while she was trying it on and told her how cute it was on her. She is very happy with her new coat, and I think those ladies helped her feel good about it. I'm glad she is happy with it. It fits in her car seat and will fit for a while.I bought the only coat available around her size. If you have little kid coats to donate, this place can use them while it's still cold out.

Well...I'm not going to tell the whole truth but Yes Belial is real,avoid this location whether you are local or out of state,it's a Sunflower.
