Self checkout is now 10 items or less. So now I get to wait in line because they only have two cashier's instead of going to the always empty self checkout. No thanks.

Ordered individual Thanksgiving dinner. It was very good. The servings were big and had leftovers for the next day. Cost was reasonable.

Visited this location today in Saint Charles on Zumbehl, in the deli section the male name working was Dylan. When I walked up Dylan was cracking jokes with another coworker, as I stood there the other worker walked away. Dylan looks at me and says I'll be right with you and proceeds to get two different types of meat out of the refrigerator compartment, slices the meat and put them where the overstock areas are for people to just come and go. Then comes to me and says what can I get you? I asked him why did he not service me first before he did that?? His response was I did not think you was ready!! So I let him know his conduct was highly offensive. On top of that after I told him the lunch meat I wanted he puts it on the slicer without even wiping it off from the meat he just slices!! How disgusting! I walked away to find a store manager who's name was Jill, after I tell her about Dylan's behavior she instantly takes up for him saying well he must had somebody else in front of me. I stopped her letting her know, no he was not doing anything when I walked up!! That's when she said oh I'll talk to him. This whole situation is despicable and disappointing!!

I just want to say how nice everyone is! I usually shop at Aldi's or Dierbergs due to being Keto and the selections they offer to be a better variety compared to Schnucks. However, I did not that Schnucks has lowered prices. I also noticed they are getting in new items like fresh zoodles - not the frozen ones. When I went to check out at the self check out the young worker at customer service was actively helping customer's enter their produce and being very sweet to everyone coming through. She continued to go above and beyond for everyone using the self check outs.

Shitshow 6:45pm SAT 9/22... Deli closed, Service counter closed .. responses to questions.... 'Deli closes at 7.... oh it's only 6:45...Manager won't be able to do anything ."(employee at checkout).... Deli closes between 5-7....what?... That was the manager ..never going back

Clean, seems they have a friendlier staff. My son and mom get doughnuts every Friday morning and are always a greeted by the same male employee. My son feels like he is a celebrity.

very disrespectful lady at courtesy counter! She assumed when I called I was someone else and she raised her voice at me and said the floral department and managers were in a meeting and that I should stop calling! I only called once. Very ignorant and mean.

I always go to Dierbergs across the street and second-guessed myself one day why I was not going to Schnucks which is clearly closer to my house. After going in it definitely seems a little bit more rundown than other Schnucks I've been to and during rush hour on a Wednesday they only had two people checking out with a massive line. It didn't seem like they had lack of employees there is just a lot of employees standing around not doing anything rather than helping and jumping in on bagging or checking people out. Wont be going back.
