Mr. Taz is a slick one lol he disappointed me like 3 times back to back before making it all up to me by getting me an amazing brand new couch that I have yet to remove my cheeks from since being delivered. Sure...it is more expensive than my original order I couldn't get but Taz and his staff were so personable, kind, funny and extremely helpful I had to take it. I don't plan on needing to rent any other furniture, but if I do, I only want to come to him.

Allison and the gentleman that was with her did an outstanding job loading our washer and dryer. They were polite, professional and extremely cautious not to damage our walls. Thank you!!

I’ve been renting from your company for about 10 years and have paid off a lot of merchandise and never had any issues with my account and other staff. But the way Wendell has been at the office our accounts have been messed up and the way Wendell treated my wife yesterday at the office when she tried to get our accounts fixed he kept walking away getting food and eating in front of her at desk and made her wait while her husband and 8 month old grandson waiting in the heat for him to do his job and take care of her. So as of today we will no longer be a valuable customer . We no longer have any of your products and wish your customer service was better. Thanks

If I could give a negative star I would. Fell behind on payments due to personal reasons and told them I would do partial payments to catch up and they refused. Then they sent someone to my home to bang on the door like a hammer hitting a nail and non stop calls the phone. Gave the items back and will NEVER refer nor use them again! Windell the manager & Alexandria & the lady who bangs on the doors! Everyone I speak woth will know NOT to EVER shop there!
