Olivia and Sofia were so helpful and attentive. I don’t normally buy girly feminine stuff and they really helped me find some new looks that I normally wouldn’t have tried!! Great boutique with cute stuff!!

Every time that I go into the Pleated Boutique, the employees are very friendly and the store is clean and put together nicely. I appreciate the color coordination in the store, its very visibly appealing! The quality of the clothes and other accessories are great too and love the sale racks!

The ladies at the boutique are helpful and friendly. You can also enjoy an adult beverage while you shop. Love the clothes, accessories, and products they sell! You are missing out if you don't visit!!

I had a gift with their tag on it with the price on it, and they would not give me any credit. I was prepared for partial but was not expecting nothing. Needless to say I went to a lovely boutique down on Main Street and bought my outfit there and have told many friends to AVOID! This is my first negative Google review but it felt necessary to warn others of their poor customer care.

I went over to the Pleated Boutique warehouse yesterday to try on a couple of items I liked but was unsure of on size, as I am a new shopper with the store! Elizabeth pulled the items I requested ahead of time and I was able to try them on in different sizes and see them before purchasing. I loved everything!! I ended up leaving with a couple of super cute items that I’m excited to wear! The store and the warehouse are adorable!!!! Angela was at the warehouse as well and was so kind and welcoming! I will definitely be back! It’s a great system for making sure you get to try on everything you like!!! I will also be watching the lives on Instagram as well so that I can grab some items before they sell out!!! This is my new favorite store!!!!

Change your exchange policy it basically shows you care nothing about your customers, i will never shop with you again. Im not only out my money, I'm stuck with an outfit that doesn't fit because you won't give in store credit. Your prices are too high anyway for low quality clothing. I will be sure to let others know about your unfriendly customer non return policy. Yes you do have it posted but it's still poor customer service. You can't even give store credit. To make matters worse you expect the customer to pay shipping for a second time to get their clothing that they cant even wear! Unprofessional! And rude!

I happened into Pleated Boutique just after they opened this morning and was so pleasantly surprised by everything I found inside! Gabrielle and Sophie were so king and helpful in finding what I was looking for, without being pushy. I loved the clothing and overall vibe of the boutique; I will most definitely be back!

I'd love to post half a star, if I could. The Saturday after Thanksgiving was my very first time in this store. I am very certain that I looked the perfect part for a shopper willing to pay money for a product I liked. The sales person (short, brunette hair), barely glanced my way when I walked in; however, she was quick to offer to (white) customer a glass of wine. Wow. This act caught my attention - so I politely waited to see whether this would happen again, or whether this was an oversight. I chalked her up to just a rude sales person. UNFORTUNATELY, the next sales person (in the satiny leopard blouse I'd intended to purchase), does the same thing! It's very perplexing that this sales person was in the back and came all the way to the front to offer other guest wine!I politely walked out and purchased from more welcoming vendors at MOD.It's really such a shame that sales people can be rude and dare I say it, micro-aggressive in this day and age. Luckily, I'm well-versed with rude people and I have long since been able to purchase quality wine. I certainly hope that none of the people I mentioned were the managers. I would wager that most small businesses should welcome anyone willing to patronize their business. Extremely distasteful.

A super cute store and loved the product! My girlfriend and I commented that we just came from the sister store The Socialite… and then proceeded to hear them talking about us. One girl was super welcoming and conversational; one seemed annoyed with us. Either way, the product was cute and we plan to return.

The product is cute, but this brand does not focus on customer service. My friends and I were getting lunch on Streets of St Charles and stopped into each of the boutiques. When we stopped into pleated we were initially greeted and then the employees went and stood the counter while we shopped around. It was awkward and uncomfortable the employees didn’t seem like they wanted us there. This isn’t the first time this has happened to at this store. Cute product but overall not a welcoming environment.

I do not recommend the website or the store front. Here’s why: I messaged the fb page and asked if they had a certain top in store, they told me to call the store. I called multiple times, no answer. Finally someone answers, with music blasting into the phone, and they say “pleated” and then hang up. I try calling back two more times and it goes straight to voicemail. So then I drive all the way there and of course the top isn’t in their store. Upon entering the store, the girl working is playing on her phone. Does not greet anyone who walks in. I have a shirt in my hand, never once does she offer a fitting room or to help me. I asked for a fitting room and she pointed to where they were. I purchased the shirt and as I leave I see a sign that said I could have received 10% my purchase. The employee could have mentioned the discount, but she didn’t. She was on her phone texting and barely present while multiple people were in the store. Also, I went to the “warehouse” sale. I ended up not finding anything and as I left, one of the girls gave me a dirty look I guess because I wasn’t buying anything. I cannot believe this boutique has such terrible customer service. I would never shop here again. Everyone reading this: shop at MOD on trend boutique instead ! I went to their store (next door) right after and was immediately greeted and was told of their sales. The girls working offered to help me find whatever I needed. They have always been so helpful, kind and welcoming! I toldPleated of my concerns and have yet to hear back, and I don’t expect to.Edit: I reached out to them via email and fb… no response.
