Before you consider this shop, save your time and consider a different one. ANY OTHER ONE. These people need to greatly learn customer service skills, not to mention they are terrible at calling customers back regarding status or completion. And that's not even speaking to their mechanic skillsI personally had work done here, an installation that they are "certified" to do, which ended up leaving my car immobilized for days. They kept telling me that I needed a new battery and that they knew my car wouldn't start without one. As I left the shop, it started right up with no issues and an independent shop confirmed that the battery was infact in excellent operating condition, despite it's age. Turns out, whomever was certified needs to be re-certified as the installation was done incorrectly causing a poor power source to immobilize my vehicle. Which then I, for some reason, had to pay for it to be towed back to the shop rather than they covering the cost. Once there, it was confirmed the installation needed to be adjusted...and it had nothing to do with the battery all of a sudden.The entrance to the shop alone should tell you it's a 'dive' as there is a massive dip to even get to their parking lot. Again, save your time and consider a different shop.

Terrible location. No place to park when arriving there. They are very bad at returning phone calls. Very slow in getting the work done.Way better off finding a different shop for service.

In July 2019 I took my truck to Plaza Sales and Service to have a trailer brake installed, and it turned out they managed to drill through the whole wiring harness, and couldn't even figure out what they had done. In the end I had to have it towed to Pundmann Ford to be fixed (because it wouldn't even drive off their lot). Cost me almost $2,000 to have it diagnosed and fixed by Pundmann. Dan and Doug at Plaza refused to pay for anything, and were extremely rude. Do NOT take a vehicle here!

Dont waste your time here. I asked jim to loosen a nut on my UHaul hitch -- he was chatting about weekend activiries with friend and told me i would have to leave it and come back later when he could get to it...customer service comes last

Terrible costomer service! I cant believe this place makes any money. Opens at 7am showed up at 7am told me he just got there and has to open up first. This required him to move his motorcycle, lawn mower and tractor before he could give me my uhaul trailer. Doug is very rude needs to learn manners.
