Went in for a grooming and got the worst customer service I've ever received from a business. I have attempted to call their corporate phone number and no one will call me back. It has been two weeks with no return call. Don't go here.

The St. Peters location is wonderful! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everyone we encountered during our purchase of a new Gecko was amazing!

This is the second (and last) time I try using their grooming service. My dog just got back from it, and the pictures speak for themselves. You can see the lack of care, to the point of having cut her so irregularly (look at the big chunk cut from the left side of the pic). We didn't even ask for it. We asked for hygienic grooming and nail clipping. It's not about aesthetics, it is about the lack of care... Never again.

They have a very limited supply of anything cat related. We can't get food or litter there. Hardly a variety of toys to choose from. Although I haven't attempted to, it's cool you can bring your pet with you. How fun!!

The staff is very friendly. They have good selection, but I didn’t like the Annoying call online one every five seconds and the management seems very grumpy when you ask for anything. All in all it’s an OK Petco.
