They were friendly and helpful on the phone after I had spent time calling other repair shops only to get put on hold with no return or told they had no available appointments for weeks. They got me in for a safety and emissions inspection appointment the next business day and completed it without needing to drop my car off all day. While I waited I noticed that they were patient and helpful with all of their customers. I will definitely return in the future.

I am very glad to have found Rick, Neil, and Tim at Past and Present Auto Repair! They went the extra mile to find out that my car actually needed a special-order rear differential fluid (something I wasn't even aware of) and made sure to get the correct parts to do the job right the first time. This meant that the fluids would take a little longer to arrive, but they always kept me up to date with what was going on, and promptly let me know when they were finished. They did a great job on maintaining my car, and they're all-around nice guys to boot. I do as much of my own auto maintenance as possible, but it's great to have such a wonderful shop so close by. Anytime there's something beyond my capabilities with our vehicles, I'll be giving the guys at Past and Present a call, and I suggest you do the same. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks a ton!

These guys are amazing! I brought my 2017 Subaru here and they put in a new transmission for an outstandingly reasonable price. The quality and affordablity of the work is incredible. This is one of the first garages I've been to where I didn't feel talked down to as a woman. They genuinely care about the vehicle and the quality of work they produce. Would recommend.

These gentlemen are the most honest and trustworthy people I have ever dealt with in the automotive industry. They really helped me out during my most difficult time in my life medically. I really needed my vehicle to get me back and forth to the hospital, doctors appointments, procedures and surgeries and they made it happen for me. Thank you guys!!! You’re good people!!
