Overpriced on their carts, bought two for a $100 and the dude told me after buying the products there was a sale the following day. The carts don’t work and I know I wasted money here, won’t be coming back.

Renamed to "CBD Kratom" (As of 11/2/23).It's now more of a Cannabis Dispensary than a vape shop. Poor vape selections, only 7-8 Elfbar varieties, no Lost Mary's... Or any other brand from what I could tell.High Elfbar price: $26.15 w/ tax. They are $ /bar at "The Greatest Vape Shop Ever".BUT, I got a free 3-pack of Grape Ape Indica THC lollipops (20 mg THC per lollipop x 3 = 60 mg total), just for giving my phone number for some rewards program or something. They give you a choice between Sativa, Indica, or Hybrid.VAST selection of various Kratom products (powder, caps, extracts, drinks, etc.), as well as pipes, bongs, & other smoking accessories.

First time ever buying in a store, and was recommended this place from coworkers. Grace and Katie were awesome! Explained the products and helped me pick out the perfect one for me, and the bud didn't disappoint! Will certainly be recommending and returning!

Kratom is ridiculously expensive. Go to kratom bunny down the road. 40 bucks for what these guys charge 200. I pay 30 where I live in N.C. This stuff isn’t that pricey and it’s certified just like theirs. It’s a nice store and friendly employees other then that.

Had a really tremendous experience here yesterday. I was returning something I was unable to use and the fella that helped me was great. The swap out process went smooth, he made sure I got the full value of the buy 2 get 1 free deal and even gave me some education on CBG and the gummies available at this location. Really enjoying my new rig. The balloon character dog rig is makin friends jealous:)Didnt get the guys name ...glasses w brown hair and a "really big head" loool me too bro..me too. The glasses fit well though!Definitely will be back.Thanks!

The 1st battery they sold me did not adjust voltage. I caught it before leaving the parking lot and got a replacement. The replacement battery died 2 days later and they would not honor a replacement. This place is really the opposite of their name. Overpriced on all items and can't perform basic customer service. They are selling products that stop working 2 days later, barely touched, and won't do anything useful to help. Straight up won't ever be coming here again because the are better places less than 1 mile away.

Really nice store had fun got some of the flowers really good but I wish there was a little bit more a selection on the flowers but I may have overlooked, other than that this place is great I recommend it I'll give five star

Went and purchased a few things (More than I had intended on when I walked in!). Was greeted immediately, twice, and helped out. The staff was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. I had bought a bum vape which didn’t work, brought it back, and their manager El helped me get a better one and made sure it worked. Very appreciative of the level of customer service from El & another associate (can’t remember his name but he had some awesome curly hair)!

Dru helped me find what I was looking for and was knowledgeable about the various products I asked about. I was also surprised to learn after leaving and looking online that the vaporizer I bought was actually at a great price. Only used it once so far but seems to work well.

I had a great experience at the shop this morning. El and Dru greeted me kindly and helped me find everything that I was looking for. They also are very educated about everything I wanted. Def will be returning!:)

El and Lily helped me out, I didn’t know they moved to a new building next door, the inside looks amazing. I hadn’t tried CBD in so long and they helped me find what would work for me, because of my anxiety. 10/10 recommend and they are professional. Thanks guys.

Went in about 730pm. It was a fast and efficient visit. The staff was polite and helpful. They didn't have something I wanted up front. So Ionesty ran in the back to check stock for me. Overall a great experience. And has been for some time now. Management has gonna a long way since this place first opened.
