What a joke of a place. Lived here 3 years. Just don't. The office does NOT care. Overpriced and not worth your time. The water quality is terrible. The noise from neighbors you think you don't care, people make noise right... Well the brawls outside your door you really can't ignore. The fountains are on sparingly so they frequently turn into cesspools.
REPLY: You could give me my full deposit back since my apartment was immaculate when I left. And if I'm being honest probably fire Angela because she's not a good public face for your company.

My husband and I toured this place. We did not have a great experience. The young lady at the desk was no very knowledgeable. She was not able to answer all our questions. She did not want to do the tour at all. She was not very friendly. We do not recommend this place.

The two young girls in the office seemed to care less that I was there. One sat twirling her hair the other had her feet up in her chair.

Sarah, the leasing agent, is really kind respectful and professional, she is personable and detailed in her work. the property tech supervisor, Jim, provides clear communication in regards to what next steps may be taken to assist any and all needs.

Only two years as of last month. I have had no reason to brag on Metro with positive feedback There were all kinds of issues I discovered upon moving in.For Example:. They replaced a set of blinds with a set up blinds with tiny holes in them. and never professionally repaired the flooring . My experience with maintenance and leasing office management has been the worst.
