I cannot say enough amazing things about the folks that own this shop! It’s a Veteran owned, family run business, and the kind of place that I wish we needed to frequent because it’s been such a great experience. I wish more businesses cared for their customers like Chris and his crew do. They got my dad’s mobility scooter diagnosed and fixed within a couple of days. If you have any medical equipment needs or repairs, call them first at Med X Change! You will be glad you did!

The electric scooter was delivered at our hotel and we were shown how to use it and charge it. The representative was very helpful and answered our questions. We rented the scooter for a week and it performed without any problems, looked new!
At the end of week, by agreement we left the scooter at the hotel and Med x picked up the unit. A very positive experience.

Very nice people. Checked out a
pride mobility chair and really liked it. Wife and I discussed it that nite. Emailed Chris the owner and talked about the price being a little high for us. He called me while he was vacationing over labor day and we settled on a doable price very quickly. Picked up the chair the next week's. Wonderful experience. Opens up doors for the wife to go place's. Such a blessing.

If I could give ten stars I would. My dad fell and ruptured tendons in his knees. So late afternoon we had to figured out where to get a wheelchair and what kind we needed. I frantically searched around and remembered this place when I worked for SSM. Problem was, it was 4:45 and I’d get there a few minutes past close. When I called and spoke to Terry he sympathized with my situation and stayed past closed for a little bit which he didn’t have to do at all. He got me the right chair, took the time to show me how to use it and helped me put it in my car. That night my dad was able to get around our house, be mobile. I can’t thank the family at Med X Change enough. My family was so worried trying to figure out what to do and Terry helped alleviate some of those worries. I’m incredibly grateful for them.

Outstanding, friendly, and most knowledgeable staff of any medical supply store. Best place to purchase a mobility scooter. Tara and Chris, owners, gave us all the help we needed to make our purchase of a foldable mobility scooter. We could not be more satisfied with the scooter and the help we received.
