“This place is a SCORE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!Had been patiently searching for a new bathroom vanity, maybe two…..Had been to ALL the main big box stores, to find junk, junk and junk. Was looking for a quality cabinet that would stand up to the test of time.Nearly the minute I walked through the door I was greeted by a young man named Jason. Pleasant for sure, but a man that knew his stuff, and details of the choices within. He left me wander and within minutes I found the perfect vanity, quality AND color choices, sink choices too!Got everything I wanted in perhaps 30 minutes, start to finish. Okay, so the color choice or model I ordered needed to be ordered, I was more then happy to wait the mere 3 weeks to get it, allowing me ample prep time.I also would like to add, I called up there about 2 hours later, Jason had gone to lunch, so I spoke with Scott.I’m here to tell you his knowledge and ability to answer my question was commendable too!!I would be sure those 2 work well together as I could surely tellthey shared the same goal of excellent customer service!! What a TREAT IT WAS to have impeccable service, these days more than ever!!Cant wait to get my shiny new quality vanity!!”

“I am thrilled with my new tub/shower replacement. Our walls had tile that allows produced mold. It soooo nice that its all brand new and I love taking a bath in the new tub. I didnt realize that the new tub didnt have an incline for bathing making it uncomfortable but I resolved that with getting a bath pillow. There was an issue with the plumbing, a maintenance crew came out the next day an easily repaired it. The work crew was very polite and friendly, their working banter was nice. I could tell that they all really respected each other and valued others skills. Happy employees do good work.”

We were looking for kitchen backsplash installation and she went over with our kitchen style and helps us to find out the right design. Not only that she was so kind of answers any questions even she is not on working on the shift and also she provided us the best contractors list around the St. Louis area who does the installation. We did a lot of work and Sara had many suggestions to set up our kitchen in a very user friendly design as well as suggestions for bathrooms. Little things like placement of the dishwasher, in relation to the sink etc. We had a few difficulties during the course of our project and they were very helpful in getting it resolved. We will definitely use them again when more work comes up and as a referral to friends or family.”

“We just got new granite kitchen and bathroom countertops from Express Granite and we love them! We worked with Andy, who was quick to respond to my many questions. When I didn't see that perfect countertop for me in their inventory, they told me I could go see their supplier in Maryland Heights, which I did. I'm so glad I did--what an amazing and fun experience! I found the "one" at the supplier, it was sent to Express Granite, I chose where each piece would be cut from the slabs, and it was cut and installed. The installation guys were so nice and they did a great job. A few days later another guy came and sealed the granite for us. We are so happy with it!”

My suggestion would be to make a design appointment online instead of just walking in and hoping to be helped with a design.I picked out tile yesterday for a bathroom project with Bobbie. Very impressed with their customer service - She was very helpful and patient with me as I was figuring out my design! She spent over an hour with me and never made me feel rushed.I was able to buy all my tile and supplies in one visit. I was very impressed with the price and ease of the process. I saved about 50% going with floor and decor versus another local tile shop. I am hoping the product we pick up will reflect our good experience but so far highly recommend!”

“Signature designed and implemented a new master bath for us recently, and the work and the experience were excellent. We worked with Megan George who was wonderful! She was easy to work with, patient and has great creativity. She didn't pressure us at all, just explained all the options and let us take our time. We had Stan and Calvin as our installers and they were amazing as well!. Great communication about what would happen when, and terrific work quality! “After using one of the "Big Box" stores for countertop installation, resulting in a measured-too-narrow countertop, and broken cabinet doors, I was apprehensive and leery of all companies when I shopped around for a replacement countertop. Affordable was WONDERFUL! The resulting countertop looks great, and everyone involved, from showroom to installation, was professional and friendly. Unlike many of the other companies I visited, Affordable is far from pretentious. At no time did I feel I was being judged or pressured into any material-type or design. The installers arrived on time, answered any questions, and finished earlier than I'd expected. I didn't entirely realize how messed-up the "Big Box" installation was until the Affordable one was installed. I'd almost felt I was being too judgmental until I heard the Affordable guys remarking to each other about the how parts of the prior installation were odd, and to look out for questionable materials and installation techniques. Friends and family have commented on how good the kitchen looks now. Even though their showroom is over 30 miles from my home, it was worth the drive. In fact, since Affordable also does bathrooms, I will most assuredly be contacting them again in a few monthes for that project. After my prevous contractor retired, and then living with the disastrous results left by the Big Box people, it is so, SO very reassuring to know I have found in Affordable a company that I can trust, and will always recommend.”

“Ordered a new fridge online for a price much lower than any competitor. Before confirming shipping, Melissa sent me images of the fridge I had purchased and called me to see if I would like to proceed. There was some cosmetic damage which is common for an item with this big of a discount. I was hesitant to continue but Melissa took it upon herself to find me the exact same model that was in new condition. Rather than charge me the difference in price, Melissa and her GM gave me the fridge in better condition for the same initial price. As somebody furnishing their first home this was extremely helpful and I am grateful for the great customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend!”
