before shop doors opened the next day.

About a month ago my wife was T-Boned in an accident in St. Charles.I called and talked to Sherri, she was just as nice as could be. She told me to bring it in as soon as possible and it took 1 day for the free estimate.After everything was settled on our end with the insurance, we brought it back to JBd and they got started on it immediately about 7 days later, much faster then we thought it would take the car looks like it hasn't even been in an accident!Fantastic job, we couldnt be happier!Thank you guys for making it so easy!

Shockingly bad customer service. Don't believe the good reviews, they are old. This place has changed. They no longer care about the customer. Sheri, who I believe is part owner was incredibly rude to me and even neglected to honor the arrangement she made with me to order parts for my damaged vehicle. So firstly the arrangement, She explained it would be a while before parts came in due to the pandemic. I understood so I wasn't pressed to call them up and check for a while. Two months go by and I call, She tells me, "Oh yeah, I decided not to order the parts because you didn't seem sure what you wanted done." What!? Why didn't she inform me of this decision?? Mind you, I was very clear about what I wanted done. The only thing she could have been confused on was that I inquired about skipping some cosmetic work but made it clear I wanted the parts ordered and would pay to have that work done. SHE AGREED. She word for word told me she would call me when the parts came in. Even if I was unclear she should have told me she wasn't going to order the parts I would have been happy to work out a solution that worked for her and I both. Instead she just decided not to honor her word. Not only that, she acted like she had done nothing wrong and even blamed ME. The worst part is after I expressed my frustration with the situation she told me she didn't need my service anyway and HUNG UP ON ME. I was stunned. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.As a body shop owner she knows better. She knows my vehicle is damaged and that it shouldn't be driven in that state for long. Despite that she felt completely comfortable blowing me off, leaving me thinking I had parts coming in that were never ordered. Her complete lack of care for her customers was astounding. My vehicle wobbles at high speeds and has taken on more undue damage through all the waiting and because of her lack of professionalism I will have to find another body shop and wait (who knows how long) for the parts to come in which will of course cause even more undue stress to my damaged vehicle in the meantime as I have nothing else to drive. Don't believe the good reviews, they are old. This place has changed. They no longer care about the customer.Services: Painting

Got me right in for estimate!!!! I called first thing in the morning they got me in the same morning ! So polite, and professional. Made me feel very comfortable when I was still shaken up from accident. Filed the claim for me, along with my estimate and pictures. Definitely would recommend to anyone !!!!
