MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARDS OR VISA OFF When YOU CHEK OUR THEY KEEP YOUR CARD ON FILE EVEN AFTER YOU CHECK OUT WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE!!!!!I checked in here twice and both times they kept the same card on file even after me checking out after I checked back they still had my card on file and ran it even after I told them to take it off when I checked out the first time so be careful and they spray for roaches but they don't really get rid of them they need to be shut down they have people sleeping in hallways getting high (I've witnessed this )and the policy's they have on service dogs is outrageous because when I stayed my second time One of the guests had a dog and it almost bit my daughter and when I had told them to address it they never did because it happened the day after that as well so be careful with your children they do allow dogs to harm children while you're staying there and they don't do anything about it and the roach problem they say they spray but they don't I had to put veronic acid and peanut butter in a cap and stick it in my window sill because when they sprayed for roaches I got more roaches even after I got rid of them so do not listen to that manager because he's a liar and the thief and he will put it on you because the room is in your name so be careful with the manager and his staff are just as bad Britney she will go off on you just because she's angry about life and they have another person up there named Lisa who's comes up there drunk so be careful with that they also sell drugs out of their hotel just so you knowSafety: They let dogs do whatever they want to children

For the PRICEofThe weekly rates-420 btw and 80A night, I definitely think they could do better. Yes I do understand the cost of living, but they charge weekly what someone in Jefferson county where I live by could basically with 80-180 more dollars pay a MONTH for somewhere permanent to stay. SMH. DO BETTER. You’re supposed to help people-I just feel like they rob people. ONLY THING good is it’s easy to access 70-that’s it-seriously. Maybe my opinion-but I stayed here for a while-chose my car instead and was able to save so fast cause they robbed my money just for a roof, basic cable-no extra unless you pay for it, and that’s it. Like cmon y’all. RIDICULOUS.Food & drinks: There are food and drinks by-waaay down the street one way-and across an intersection another. What if you’re someone without a car!? Oh not to mention the EYESORE OFAN ELECTRIC TOWER IN THE PARKING LOT AND YALL CHARGE AS MUCH AS YOU DO ?!?!?????????♀️??

Staff frazzled and rude. Rooms are filthy. I would not walk barefoot on the carpet in my room the whole three week stay. Roaches, mold, cops, then there's the fighting, drug activity, no security. 100% will never visit again.Rooms: Gross. What was originally some sort of pattern on the carpet has turned completely black. Had to clean the kitchen and bathroom myself at checkin. Saw housekeeping once and she came in and said I needed to empty my trashcan because there's roaches. What? Holes in walls, no hot water in the shower.... Just yuck.

Office staff was great, I dealt with the manager and he was very pleasant. I only have a few cons. I was given a key card that was supposed to be good for my entire week stay, it didn’t even last the end of the day before it stopped working. Housekeeping was supposed to come by and change linens one time for the whole week and they didn’t. I’m not mad because it was scheduled the second day of my stay and my linens weren’t dirty in just 24 hours. Walls were a bit thin so I could hear conversations going on in the next room. But apart from those few things it was actually an amazing stay! No one bothered me, no cop presence (meaning no riff raff), and nice rooms (only if you get the premium rooms).

Absolutely terrible, roaches every where, people live here like its an apartment. And they charge out the wazoo for it. Someone should probably sue or something. Lower your prices you nasty roach infested floozy flophouse.Rooms: Roachy and unclean.

The rooms reasonable size. Bed needs a box springs. Bonus is you can cook meals instead of eating out every meal. Not used to having a front desk only open 8 hours a day.

I enjoyed my stay. I will be honest there was a few bugs when i first moved in and every few days or so I would see a little roach or 2 so that was my only issue. Outside of that I had no issues with customer service and they were patient with me if I was running a little behind. I didn't have any issues with the other residents either.

Great location. My room was updated and clean. The staff was super friendly. Bed was comfy. My stay was a week long and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Cheaper than a hotel ... And you get what you pay for. Not particularly tidy, and limited hours to check in (3 to 7). But reasonably clean, and it serves the purpose of having a place to crash.

This place is literally a roach motel! Save your self and avoid at all cost! The service is non existent. They literally won’t vacuum your room after being there a month. Then it’s like they intentionally want to put you out midway thru your stay.

Paid for a weeks stay. Had everything moved in, and then saw the roaches. Everywhere. The newly "renovated" rooms here aren't what they seem. Smoke and mirrors. I have a baby and we had to leave the same night because we weren't comfortable knowing roaches were gonna be crawling everywhere. Also connecting to the wifi is a hassle and you can't connect Chrome cast or console to anything.
