“These guys go above and beyond to help their customers, I’m from Nashville and been in St. Charles for a couple month installing overhead doors at a facility here and their customer service is second to none. They will for ever be my go to place when I’m on St. Louis area even if I have to drive across town, they’re worth the trip.”
“My husband and I went to Lowe’s tonight to look for a water heater, and Sam Davis Sr. was a lovely employee and personality to work with! He showed us where they were located, got a dolly, and helped us load it into our truck! This man was also a true saint of a human because our truck didn’t start, and he even jumped our car! As someone who had worked in customer service for many years, I have so much respect for an employee like Sam going above and beyond for a customer, both as an employee and a person. Way to go Lowe’s for hiring right!”
“I came in to do an exchange. I waited in customer service for about 5 minutes. Vicki was the employee that helped me and was so very kind. I told her we waited longer then expected for our delivery and she went above and beyond by also refunding our shipping costs. Vicki and I had a lovely conversation while doing the exchange. Vicki took her time and didn't rush me at all even when I had questions and she had a line of customers. Vicki made sure she answered everything before saying goodbye and calling up the next customer.”

“Well as I often do I went in there with no purpose and left feeling like I could do anything if I wasn't so poor. A fresh, if not comically sad outlook or perspective on life from time to time is always good thing. But when you feel poor when you leave harbor freight when all you bought was a flashlight you didn't need after shuffling funds around on your phone for twenty minutes and you didn't even have a coupon, The perspective isn't exactly desirable let's just say.
HF though, they killin it. Really clean store too. Probably nicer than Wentzville. Good for you guys.
Anyway, I got to wrap this up because my phone's about to die because we don't live in the EU, this damn flashlight came with a micro cord...smh plus I'm borrowing McDonald's Wi-Fi from a receipt I acquired. Wow, I think that conveys my point better than words could have.”
