The Glass Workbench has been a favorite store on Main Street Saint Charles for over 20 years. This is where I learned how to create stained glass art from, came, to foil, mosaic, and now fused glass. I learned most of these skills from the very experienced and knowledgeable instructor, Dave. He has been there ever since I've been going there and it is always a pleasure to see him. For this fused glass trinket dish class, it brought together three generations - me, my daughter, and my granddaughter. What a fun way to make those family memories!

I've been going to the glass workbench to shop for years. I recently did their wind-chime class. It was so fun! I can't wait to go back!

I love the shop. They have beautiful items for sale. I took a class from them and the instructor needs to be better. No one got much one on one instructions or much guidance.

Absolutely the best shop for all stained glass enthusiasts. The best selection of stained glass, supplies and everything you didn't know you needed. Be sure to sign up for the many classes that are offered. Dave is an amazing instructor with the most knowledge around!

Love this place, use to work here when I was in College many years ago! Great prices and a friendly atmosphere! Also very knowledgeable about the industry! Such a great family owned business as well! One of the coolest jobs I’ve ever had!

My mother and I made glass pendant necklaces here with a Groupon I bought for Mother's Day. We had a great experience with our instructor providing us with the components needed and how to build it up. I have received so many compliments on my pendant. I will definitely be back so I can make some matching earrings!

Glass Workbench Is a quaint little shop located in St. Charles. It has a beautiful collection of glassware. It is a great spot for someone looking for a unique piece. Prices ranged from inexpensive earrings to high end pieces, something for everyone. The salesperson went above and beyond trying to find a matching pair of earrings for me. I recommend this shop.

This is a lovely place. We went there to make glass pendants. They have items for sale, and they also offer lots of glass classes. If I lived closer, I'd definitely take a stained glass course.
