I made the mistake of going away from Farmers for a few years. When I reached out to Matt it was like I never left. He helped me figure out the best comarable plan as far as price that provides much better coverage. He also proved immediately that I will be able to reach him any time. App-based insurance will never be able to prove that to me.

I'm not a fan of insurance by any stretch of the imagination. That being said Mr. Hall has done an outstanding job making our home owners insurance a painless experience. He went above and beyond explaining what I do and do not need, as well as why I personally might value certain additional coverages. I will definitely be contacting him for any insurance needs from here on out!

Matthew Hall has been a great agent. He sets up a call every year at renewal time. I was able to discuss option, get more clarity on things I didn't understand, and was able to add, remove, and change policy items based on my wants and needs.
