Super helpful staff everyone from andy, to dakota they are willing to help in any regard ive rented from this establishment for over a year and have never had a question that hasnt been answered or a problem that hasnt been resolved as soon as possible

Dakota at Extra Space in St. Charles, MO is the best! She provides great customer service and is very professional. We have rented several storage units over the years, and our experience with Dakota was the best!!
