Cat the cashier is friendly, has 2 cats, and wears a cute cat headband. I like their array of art and craft supplies. I bought Manila envelopes. Be careful backing out of parking spaces because people zoom in, making a quick turn off First Capitol Dr. into Dollar Tree parking lot.

As soon as I walked into the store with some returns, the elderly cashier was glaring at me and continued to glare at me as I walked to her. When I got to her, she asked if I had a receipt and I said no, as I have done two returns in the last couple of months to two different dollar trees, and nobody has ever asked me for a receipt even though I had the receipts for those. I just didn’t bother finding them to do these returns, and it was as if she was looking forward to not helping me. She was very unfriendly and just glared at me the whole time. It was very uncomfortable and very unpleasant. I wished her a happy day as I walked out the door. I’m so tired of rude people!

The cleanest, most organized, most stocked dollar tree in st Charles. Went to the one off elm and 370 and it’s like a tornado goes off in there, never can find anything I need bc they don’t have it. This one does! Top tier dollar tree.

The cashier named Cat asked if I was going to take my items out of the shopping basket which I had set on the belt. I've never been asked this before. Isn't it common just to place the basket on the belt? I asked if she was not going to check me out if I didn't take them out of the basket. She said she doesn't take things out of baskets. She is the rudest cashier I've ever met. When my husband called the store to speak to the manager and tell her what happened the manager whispered to my husband how to contact the corporate office. It's like she was afraid of Cat overhearing the conversation.

Not sure about so many negative review but I live close by and was impressed by the variety of products available. From household essentials to party supplies and snacks, Dollar Tree has a wide selection of items. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, making it convenient to find what I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. Overall, my experience at Dollar Tree was great

Today,3/3/24,time about 1:20pm and I tell you that that new young lady that is working the cashier baby she knows nothing about great customer service and I frankly don't think she even cares about it.She checking my items out and no how are you today or even when I states have a great day,she said nothing at all so I repeated have a great day and looked at her in her eyes and that s when she responded back.Im sorry but if you do not want to deal with the public then you shouldn't accepted this job.Customer service is everything and this is her second time doing this to me.

This is by far the worst dollar tree i have ever been to. I stopped in to get some birthday decorations and while i was waiting at the checkout the lady in front of me was almost done so i went to grab the plastic divider so the lady behind could also put her stuff up there and when i went to grab it the cashier (Kat i think is her name) screamed at me saying it puts her in a rush and ripped it out of my hands. I mean that is absolutely ridiculous. After reading other reviews it looks like i’m not the only one who has experienced this either. If it is simply that big of a deal then remove the divider or remove your employee. I never said a single word or anything she was just straight up rude. I will not be returning.
