Absolutely the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever seen. They act like they’re all clueless to what they’re doing. They get in no hurry whatsoever. And it’s not because of shortages. They have people. They just don’t know what they’re doing. They talk and laugh and all while we waste 30 min waiting to pick up a script. Use the cvs in schnucks if you can. Avoid this place at ALL cost.

Use a different pharmacy. Other problems with filling prescriptions but my last straw is them taking my prescription out of the box and putting all the individual packs into a ZIPLOC BAG ? Feels unprofessional.

NEVER,NEVER,NEVER BRING A PRESCRIPTION HERE NOT EVEN ASPIRIN OR BANDAIDS .The pharmacist here have a God complex & are the rudest pharmacists I've ever dealt with & I've been prescribed quite a lot of medications, due to my medical diagnosis, within the last 20+ years. My doctor knows my medical history much better than some tatted up pharmacists who thinks he's better than everyone else including a doctor of multiple decades. CVS pharmacists will stick their noses in your medical business far beyond their right to do so & will even refuse to fill your script under the reasoning they know better than your doctor who's gone to school far longer than a less intelligent pharmacist. Is it because they're jealous of doctors cuz they've achieved what the pharmacist wasn't able too do. Who knows but they clearly have an inferiority complex of medical doctors & I think we know what else they have a teeny tiny complex about. Grow up & mind your business. Don't cry cuz you're not capable just accept yourself as you are. Would you like it if we the customers told you & your doctor what you can & can't have? I'm sure you wouldn't which makes you a hypocrite. Ya dig, ya dig. Grow up & get a job that you won't have 2 deal with public

Awful customer service and no transparency, take out inability to hold staff on patients, cancel the prescriptions and vaccinations and don’t bother to communicate. Save your breath and time- they don’t even pick up the phone.

It's a shame I can't select 0 stars - that's the level of care and professionalism this particular location has exhibited to both me and my wife. The pharmacy manager, Taylor, has now taken it upon herself to reject prescriptions from both of our primary physicians, stating they were either the wrong medications or not covered so alternatives had to be utilized. Mind you, this comes after literally years of trial and error with different medications and then being on a medication for years that work for both me and my wife. Suddenly, a pharmacist knows better than our primary care physicians. I asked if she knew my medical history or had seen me as a patient - her answer to both was no. Yet, she's telling me that my doctor is prescribing the wrong medicine for me. For me, I've been using the albuterol inhaler for more than 10 years without any adverse side effects or issues but to her, that's not the right medication I should be taking. Taylor's level of arrogance and ignorance is unbelievable! I am moving all of our prescriptions to another local pharmacy as quickly as possible and will no longer do business with CVS. Lastly, I will be writing CVS corporate to lodge a formal complaint against Taylor, her unprofessional attitude and her complete disregard for ethical standards or conduct as a healthcare professional.I'm beginning to understand why this location can't keep pharmacy techs - if I had to deal with someone like this every day, I'd be looking for work elsewhere too...

Switched to CVS from Walgreens due to Walgreens refusal to support women's healthcare. Pharmacists and pharmacy techs at this CVS have been kind and helpful each time I've come in to pick up a prescription. They are also much more prompt at getting prescriptions ready than Walgreens.

Idk why this lady thought it was appropriate to tell my girl she was on the wrong side of the river for an item that is marketed to black women, Rachel was disrespectful and acted like she hadn’t said anything wrong when I confronted her about it, should’ve apologized to me for what she said and she should apologize to my girl as well. This is the problem with this world, if you ever shop here don’t ask rachel about any items cause she’ll probably tell you you’re on the wrong side of the river ??

I would give a 0 if it were possible. This pharmacy is constantly rude no matter the time of day. You politely ask questions and it’s as if they don’t have the time to simply answer questions about the pharmacy. I am switching locations because I refuse to be treated this way. I feel bad for whoever continues to support this location

I come here about every week to coupon. The employees are super helpful in finding you items that may not be on the shelves and they have no problem going to the back to see if it's available. The facilities always clean and university boxes with product waiting to be stocked. I can always come in and easily find exactly what I'm looking for or needing without any worry. It is very well organized.

I understand it's New Years Eve and that you probably don't want to work, but you still have a job to do.I go to the pharmacy counter to ask a simple question about Mucinex, and the pharmacist (Adam) looked over at me for a moment and then looked back down. He didn't get up, he rudely asked, "You here to pick up a prescription?" I said, "No, I have a question about Mucinex for high blood pressure." " I don't see it on the shelf, curious to know if you have it behind the counter because it's on the website."He has an attitude and says, "Mucinex doesn't affect blood pressure. Mucinex is on aisle 11". He looks back down and just ignores the world again. Now, they do make it, and it's on CVS' website .Screw CVS, especially this one. Walgreens has been and will continue to be superior.

The customer service of the pharmacy reps could use improvement. When I've called recently with questions about my prescriptions, they seem inconvenienced by the call. The tone of the associates has been unpleasant and lacks empathy. National shortages of medication have immense impacts on a patient's quality of life and cause significant frustration. I understand CVS has limited control on this issue, but a caring, understanding, and thoughful associate can make all the difference in a patient's experience with CVS.

There are posters EVERYWHERE in the store saying you can walk in to get your flu shot, no appointment needed. My husband walked in yesterday to get his, no problem. Today they’re saying they don’t do walk ins and you need an appointment. Pharmacy wasn’t busy. No line, multiple people working. Ugh.
