Best pharmacy! Fast drive-thru!! Once you get a text it's ready to pick up, you go get it. I drive from the city to here, because it's FAST and near my doctor.

The pharmacist Evan is literally a lifesaver. The urgent care next door prescribed a medication to which I am allergic, even though they told me they were prescribing an alternative. Evan noticed my allergy when filling the order, consulted me to confirm, and contacted the UC on my behalf to get an appropriate prescription. He seemed reasonably concerned which made me feel cared about as a customer. I hope customers read this and avoid the assumption that pharmacy staff are “standing around” or “aren’t doing anything”. Working in a pharmacy requires focus and attention to detail that I don’t think most people consider.

I tried to make a return and was asked for my ID, so I gave her my temporary identification paperwork that I had received just yesterday while waiting to receive my driver's license card in the mail and she refused to proceed with the return. I then asked for a bag for the items I wanted to return, and she refused to give me one claiming that I needed to make a purchase in order to receive one. Not the best customer service considering she was the store manager.

The drive thru is really slow. Like they don't want to help us in a timely manner. People there are nice but a 20 minute wait In a line of 3 cars is ridiculous.

When I wrote the below rating, I was in mourning at the assassination of a fellow citizen. So when I came across a rude person, I lashed out and placed a poor review. But the victim of this assassination would tell me to forgive, to try and understand what that cashier was going through, perhaps frustration at being new, nervousness, or some other affliction. So I apologize to this young lady and to the pharmacy, as anyone can have a bad day. And even though this is no reason to be rude to a customer, I should not lash out at the entire Pharmacy, a pharmacy whose staff has been nothing but lovely up until this incident. Rude people cannot learn from a rude response, but only from those who can teach her and train her in kindness and understanding. So I am changing my rating to four stars, as every new employee needs training.
I told the cashier, who had made so many mistakes it was unbelievable, that I appreciated her apology, as I was being facetious as she did not offer one, she said yeah. I wonder why she is working at a pharmacy as she has no personality whatsoever

It’s been a few months so I wanted to update this review, hoping I could rate this location even lower than one star but tragically I already had put it at one. Closing the pharmacy during the daytime is insane, closing at six? You mean the time most people are getting off work and able to finally get prescriptions? Your pharmacy hours should be the same as the stores, you can read below how staff DEFINITELY isn’t an issue.
The only option to contact them is to leave a voicemail. Their pharmacy staff with all six employees behind the counter are somehow unable to answer a phone call? What if I have immediate questions about my medication? What if I just want to know if something is in stock?
I’d love to talk to a manager about this store, but amazingly in 2025 they don’t seem to have a manager on staff or even a manager on duty.

Helen (pharmacist) was very helpful with my prescription today. She helped me save over $50 using a Good Rx coupon! She was very cooperative and responsive!

Absolutely unprofessional!! Rude employees! I had Rx to pick up and was only given 1, went back waited in line during the storm the power went down. Was told 10 minutes at best. Went back 2 his later, power down again, 2 days later I was treated like an idiot bc no one told me my Rx was not in stock and had to be ordered. No communication and they acted like I should have just known this. Told me to call a different CVS to have it pulled to them. I did. A week later I call the CVS on Olive to find out why my Rx isn't in yet only to be told St Charles sent it to a different pharmacy on the 17th and they didn't know which one. Not one time did anyone call or send a text to let me know anything at all! 11 days I've been chasing down this prescribed medication!!!! As a pharmacy this is embarrassing for u people.

I want to get coupons and it will say 25% off of full purchase price and then they won't give you the discount because of special wording that's hidden!
I hate cheaters!!!

This is literally the worse cvs in the country! We were having trouble at the self check out and the lazy employee didn't want to help. When he finally decided to come help us, he was infront of the counter and someone walked up to the counter and he walked back around and checked them out, continuing to ignore us.
When we asked for a manager, turns out he was the manager. His name is Josh. I told him I was going to call corporate and he laughed and said good luck with that. The pharmacy there is terrible too. I was told before that the drive through is for handicapped and that I didn't look handicapped to them. I have this encounter on my dash cam. My dash cam recorded the whole conversation! They have the worst customer service and the rudest employees! We are never going back here again!

These people are obviously miserable at their job. They always ask for money before running my insurance, regardless if it's covered. I called for help and got no assistance besides being told this medicine in particular isn't covered, but they don't know why the medicine that is covered is never ran through my insurance. Funny how most things are covered once I mention my insurance though.

**the techs and some week day pharmacists are still normal. Whichever pharmacist covers weekend is in the wrong career field **
Long term pharmacist and pharmacist manager of this location recently left…I have gone to this pharmacy for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately I recommend taking your business elsewhere because the new replacement
pharmacist(s) provides unacceptable service and lacks patient centered customer service. Pharmacists are not MDs or doctors, they don’t see people for decades, they cant prescribe medications or treat patients but apparently this one seems to think they can. This pharmacist is new, knows nothing about me and made assumptions and was disrespectful due to their own biases and pre conceived notions. They were factually incorrect and doubled down for no reason. Clearly in their career field for all the wrong reasons. CVS doesn’t even answer phone calls anymore to check if they have a medication, you have to leave a message. Even when they were factually wrong and corrected with accurate information, there was a flat out refusal and denial to acknowledge and accept it. I guess being right even when wrong and making everything a pain is more important than just doing their job. After going to the same place with no issues for YEARS, I have never been so weirded out and shocked speaking with someone who is supposed to be a medical professional.
