Easy in, easy out. Both times I was there, they were really friendly. Even got a Utility sticker for a guitar case. Though I was only dropping off new trailers.

Didn't get much help over the phone about the 2020 Utility trailer with disbrakes when asked on you should be able to give a general description about how the product works with out looking at it

Stopped in before service manager was about to leave for the day. He crawled under my trailer himself because his guys were busy and had me on my way in 10 minutes. By the way, free of charge. Forever grateful

They got me in almost immediately after the Petro failed to fix the issue. I should have searched them first. Excellent service and they do a full check on your trailer at no cost.

I brought a trailer in for inspection and repairs. They got right on it and gave me a quick idea of what I was looking at. Very professional and efficient. Felt very valued as a customer. In the past they have done great work. Highly recommended!

Their prices are usually more expensive than other utility dealers like the one in indianapolis or Columbus. if you try to If you return anything good luck because they will take the product say we have to submit it to warranty before giving refund and never follow up and when you call to ask for it they will say we have nothing on the system because we don’t keep the phone numbers. Worse utility dealer by far.
