This is the second time I’ve had my car repaired by CARSTAR Weldon Spring. Both times the service has been amazing! Constant status updates and friendly service. And most importantly, my car looks like new when it’s done.

Only disappointment was the wheel repair color didn’t match. I was not offered the opportunity ahead of time to pay extra to ensure that the wheels matched. Now i will beed to pay for new matching wheels or pay to have two of the wheels painted to try to match. Frustrating.

I was very impressed with the body work done and the customer service! They kept me updated on the process and I was very much so expecting to take my car to a car was after pick up but I arrived to a clean car! Love this place and it was well worth the drive

My daughter was able to finally purchased a decent running car and unfortunately within a week a deer hit her. Thanks to having a decent insurance and awesome agent at Allstate, we were able to make our acquaintance with this awesome establishment, CarStar! You all did a fantastic job restoring an enhancing her car back better than it was before the collision. It's really a bummer that I have to leave this review, but someone should know because I've gone out of my way at this point to repair damages caused by whoever worked on my car.
I had a front and rear bumper replaced and painted, the ticket was $2600. They look good and I'm happy with that part of the work.
However, when reassembling, there were mistakes made. Two days after getting my car back I checked my oil and found seven plastic fasteners sitting on top of my air-intake. I also noticed my plastic skidplate assembly, which connects to the front end with fasteners and screws was loose. For some reason I had only two screws in my skidplate instead of the 3 I previously had (I feel like this might not have been their fault so I let it go) I went to the shop and asked what was up, I was told the fasteners were replaced and to let them take the car back real quick to tighten up the skidplate. OK cool thanks! Everybody was cool.
Less than a day later I start to hear a scraping noise. And it turns out there were missing clips on part of the assembly for the skidplate on the front left which covers some fluid reservoirs. Because it wasn't secured with fasteners, it caught the air and dragged across the ground, Essentially grinding the piece down to the point it's no longer usable and has to be removed/replaced.
I went back and asked for some fasteners after explaining the issue. Out of frustration, I decided to leave rather than continuing the conversation with the gentleman working.
Last night I changed my rotors and found even more places with missing fasteners around the spot where my skidplate assembly was damaged. The parts aren't expensive or difficult to replace, but I've ordered an aftermarket metal plate going forward.
It's mainly the fact that I thought I found a body shop I could depend on, but after Jim left (he was really cool) I really don't know about this place anymore unfortunately.

Just had my 2004 Tahoe done and am extremely happy with how it looks. They follow through with the cosmetic touch up with no questions asked. Highly recommend this place, quality repairs at a fair price!

Car Star is great! The people were extremely friendly and ready to answer all the questions I had. They worked directly with Enterprise to make sure I was picked up to pick up my rental. They sent me informative text to let me know how my car was being proccessed. I would recommend this to anyone needing there car repaired !!
