Best local gym there is. The power lifting vibe is on point and everyone acts like family. The equipment is perfect for a step up from your casual commercial gym, powerlifting, or Equipped lifting. Definitely am going to stay and encourage people to swing by sometime. (5:30 weekdays is when people are around)
