Ok first this car is my baby! Ok this place is freaking awesome! My car was in an accident they took care of the insurance stuff and they did a great more then I expected job. They stayed after a bit for estimate I had to work that day. The damage to my car was bad. They are all very nice. I did my homework before I choose them. 4.9 rate and people they been in this business for 40+ years I mean come on. And a Ma and pa place in my community no brainer for me. They detailed my card too and shined her up. When I saw her I cried I literally cried. He told me he love the wheels and detailed them. Thank you so much for fixing my Snow White! She is new again. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!! AAAAAAA+++++

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH INSUANCE CLAIMS!!!!!!!!!!!!
My sister was in an accident where someone rammed into the back of her on the highway a couple of months ago. She had her vehicle towed to Body Works because that's where her insurance company told her to take it. Body Works uses Sparks Tire & Auto, next door, for mechanical work as they are just a body shop. My sister was told that there was a mechanical assessment done and that the vehicle was mechanically ok after the accident. After several weeks they told her it was repaired and ready for pick up. She didn't even make it home before she noticed the tire was still damaged from the accident. It seems they only repaired body damage. They replaced the tired and did an alignment and had her come pick it back up. The next week she drove on the highway for the first time and turned on the AC. The AC did not blow cold and the check engine light came on immediately and the car was making loud noises. She called her insurance and they said she needs to take it back to Body Works. So, she did and it ended back at Sparks. Sparks said that these issues “happen all of the time” and that they do not believe it’s from the accident and that she will have to pay $250.00 for a diagnostic. She agreed because she felt she had no choice and then they quoted $2,500 for repairs. Repairs that should have been covered by insurance had they done a trough assessment after the accident. I called to fight her case because, for one, she should not be charged for a diagnostic when her car just left the shop and, two, how can they say this is not from the accident. She was rear ended, hard, ON THE HIGHWAY. She purchased her vehicle less than a year ago. It has no prior accidents and fairly low miles. The vehicle ran great and never had any issues prior to the accident. Now she can’t even pass emissions. Afterward I spoke with them they called her and told her that they refuse to work on her vehicle and that she still has to pay for the $250 diagnostic and pick it up. Please be careful when using this place. Make sure that you have someone who knows about mechanics to help you deal with these shops, or just don’t.
- I did make corrections to my review regarding the tire which I misunderstood from my sister because I can admit when I am wrong and would never want to spread misinformation. But, case and point, something as obvious as a tire still being damaged when the repairs were "complete" goes to show the amount of care taken.
The fact that the owner finds anything about the situation or the fact that I even have to write this review "hysterical" demonstrates the lack of professionalism from this company.
- I stated fairly low miles because for anyone who has purchased a vehicle lately know that you are really going to pay $$$ for anything under 100k. She currently has 72k miles.
- I am directly involved because this has affected my family member who is calling me crying because she is getting screwed over and there is nothing that she can do about it. I'm sure if this accident involved the owner or one of his/her family members they would have made sure the vehicle was repaired back to it's original state prior to the accident.
- Inflation has gotten so bad over the last couple of years and my sister works her butt of to have the things that she has. She did not deserve to be screwed over by this company or have to come out of pocket $2750 + for an accident where she was not at fault and could have been covered by insurance had the "collision repair" shop taken care of their customer.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with the team at Body Works Ltd last month; they took care of all of the details with our insurance company and went above and beyond in professional service. A true family owned business with PRIDE and HONOR, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Eric!

Customer service was very poor. The older guy who I’m assuming is the owner was extremely rude and dismissive, to the point that it drove us away from doing business with them.

I had a bumper replaced on my white 2012 Prius c. Dropped off car after hours and car was ready in three days. It looks perfect. Very easy to deal with this family owned shop

Very pleased with the fast service received at Body Works Ltd. The bumper looks like new after I’d been rear ended. They also vacuumed and wiped down the interior. I would definitely do business with them again.

Body Works Ltd. did repair work on my front bumper after someone pulled out in a parking lot and hit my car. The owner, Bob, was always very friendly on the phone and in person! His son looked my car over and provided me with an estimate. They contacted the responsible party's insurance company on my behalf and made the entire process seamless and easy.The work was done in a timely manner and my car was returned to me as good as new and very clean! I will definitely think of this shop first should I need body work in the future.Service: Body & Trim
